Once upon a time, in a world much different from our own, men were considered to be worthless beings. They were regarded as a burden, a nuisance, and a drain on precious resources. Women were deemed to be superior in every way, and society was structured in a way that reflected this perspective.
For as long as anyone could remember, boys and men had been raised to accept their inferiority. From birth, they were taught that they were destined to be second-class citizens, to serve the needs and desires of women. Education systems were designed to emphasize only the practical skills that men would need to be successful caretakers, fathers, and husbands. Meanwhile, women had access to a breadth of education and career opportunities that empowered them to lead and make decisions.
Despite this seemingly harsh reality, life for men was far from bleak. Because their expectations were so low and their roles so narrowly-defined, they faced little pressure to conform to societal norms or to compete with one another. Instead, they were able to live simply, to find fulfillment in small moments of joy, and to rely on one another for companionship and support.
As women's lives grew more complex and pressured, men's remained simple. They were exempt from the massive societal expectations and responsibility, and could live life with little societal scrutiny or pressure to conform.
In the end, the women of the world came to realize that their society was unsustainable, and that they needed to work together with men to form a more equal society. With this new perspective in mind, they began to restructure their education system and work towards building a more inclusive and equitable society. Though the process was long and difficult, they succeeded in creating a world where everyone could thrive, regardless of their gender.
