Rudy was a small and feminine boy who had a soft and meek disposition. Unfortunately, he was born into a family of addicts and neglectful parents with limited financial resources. As a result, Rudy was regularly exposed to a variety of dangerous and sometimes life-threatening situations, and although he was practiced at keeping quiet and out of sight, he had no real protection from the outside world.
One day, Rudy's parents found themselves in a financial bind and decided to sell their son to a wealthy family, in exchange for much-needed cash. Rudy was terrified when he was taken away from his home, not knowing what was in store for him, but he had no other choice but to comply.
The wealthy family had strict expectations of their new servant and warned him not to step out of line. When Rudy saw the family's menacing son, he was terrified of the consequences that awaited him if he acted disrespectfully. But, in the end, he discovered that the family was actually quite caring and protective of him and provided him with a secure and safe environment he had been denied in his chaotic home.
As he settled into his new life, Rudy developed a deep loyalty towards the family and, for the first time in his life, he felt the comfort of being genuinely cared for. With each passing day, he discovered that the family's son, whom he had initially feared, was actually quite kind and generous towards him.
As time passed, Rudy and the son grew closer and eventually decided to marry with the full blessing of the family who adopted him. Though they started off as married out of necessity and convenience, they soon realized they had a deep bond and true love had blossomed between them.
Almost 20 years later, Rudy is still happily married to the same son he was first sold to, and his relationship with his adoptive family remains strong and solid. Though his beginnings were far from ideal, Rudy is truly content with life and has found himself a place of love, acceptance and home.
