Peyton pov:

The next morning was hell. Cam, Kenji, Fallon, and I went back to Matt's place and decided to do poker but losers had to do shots. By the 6th one I was tapping out and laying on the floor.

I was surprised to see Fallon still here and enjoying herself. We ended up all passing out while watching a horror movie Fallon picked out. Waking up I found Matt snuggled up to me. Pushing him away I maneuver out of his grip.

Quietly leaving the area I quickly find a bathroom to relieve myself. Going upstairs I find one and take care of business. Washing my hands I decided to brush my teeth and look more presentable. Thank God I keep some stuff here.

There was a note on the basement door, Matt's mom was out with Liv for a girls day so they wouldn't be back till later. The door opens and reveals a messy looking Fallon. Her makeup is a little smudged and her hair was all over the place.

"Looks like you slept well." She rolled her eyes and shoved past me. Guess she's not a morning person.

Going to the kitchen I start coffee for everyone, knowing Kenji and Cam like it fresh in the morning. Plus it might calm down a grouchy Fallon. She enters the room when it finishes pouring. I get her and myself a glass before leaving to the backyard.

She follows with half open eyes, confused on what I was gonna do. Looking to the right of the back patio I found the area to get to the roof. I carefully climb up and enjoy the morning sun still waking up.

"You coming?" I smile down at the squinting woman. She groans and has me grab her coffee for her. She climbs up after me and sits closer than previous times.

"You guys are so weird." She sipped her drink and looked at the scenery. Matt had a great view of trees and animals behind his house.

"So you say but never describe." She shoves me a little and it makes me laugh. Leaning back I lay back and rest on my forearms, relaxing in the morning sun.

"It's like you guys are all actually friends." Looking at her I see a bit of a sad look in her blue eyes.

"I would hope so. This is what friends are supposed to do, then again they're all more like family to me." She catches my gaze for a moment before drinking her coffee again.

"Guess I don't have friends. Most people I interact with are scared of me or just like to talk shit. Like those god awful cheerleaders." I scrunch my face in disgust. I had a strong distaste for cheerleaders.

"No way."

"I'm serious. Derek's always with his jock friends or those cheerleaders. Sometimes both." I laugh a little but stop when she fixes me with a harsh glare.

"Find new ones. You'll probably have to lose the mean goth girl thing you have going." She snorts and flips me off.

"Some people like it." I roll my eyes and take a sip of my drink before focusing back on her.

"Like who? Derek?" I chuckled. She sets her cup down and looks at me.

"Yeah but I would also say you, considering you keep kissing me." I'm a little shocked by her boldness to say it out loud considering her previous hatred.

"Not true. You've kissed me too."

"No I haven't."

"Yeah ya have. The show we went to, I remember you kissing me that night."
