Peyton pov:

We had a hectic couple of days since the rager Serena took us to. We also managed to find Matt's camera to shoot the music video with. It took more work than I thought. We would shoot videos of us at parties, at our shows, and singing the lyrics.

The parts that weren't of us at parties or shows were of us in Matt's garage decked out in dark decor to record. After hours of editing between all of us we got the video completed. We should do fine for our class... hopefully.

With the craze of us recording and filming things, Cam brought up a great subject. She talked with John recently about marketing and getting our name out there. That led to us making new social media accounts and even one for our band. We went as far as to make a YouTube and TikTok accounts to get our name out there.

This led to my current dilemma...

"Get it out of my face Matt." I pushed the guy's new camera out of my face. I'm too tired and hungover to entertain it.

"Come on, it's what the fans want." He giggled, turning it over to smile at the lens.

"I'm too tired." I whined, leaning my head against my locker for support. The coldness of it eased my splitting headache.

"Forget about her, let's see if Carlos has made his new invention yet." Cam dragged the boy away with her, both of them happily running down the hall.

I'm happy they're liking the new social media push but it's tiring for me. I've only posted a few things to the Band account and a few to my own but nothing else. I don't really do the social media thing. Not my thing.

Grabbing my shit and shutting my locker I'm startled to see a depressed Fallon behind it.

"Whoa, what's up?" I sling my backpack over one shoulder, a little worried about how she looks.

"Why are you avoiding me?" She sounded upset which was normal. Confused, I tilt my head a little, not sure what to say.

"I haven't been trying to. I've just been busy recently." I explained but it only seemed to piss her off more.

"Is it because you're hanging out with the preppy slut?" She crossed her arms, staring daggers at me.

"Serena and no. I've been focusing on my band and friends, thank you very much." Irritated with her usual attitude I move to my next class, hoping to get away from her.

"Then when are we gonna talk?" She followed me, not caring if she was late for her own class.

"I don't know. When I'm not busy?" I shrugged, getting more and more irritated with her.

"How about now?" She grabs my arm and dragged me away, most people look on as I thrash in her grip. I mean who doesn't help when someone asks?

She drags me down the halls and up a flight of stairs. I knew where we were going, it was the roof. It's one of the more secluded areas in school. She let's go of me and shuts the door, turning her gaze back to me.

"Okay, we're here now. So what do you wanna talk about?" I sigh and set my stuff down, accepting that I'm gonna be skipping Improv with Fallon.

"How about where you've been? Why'd you leave? Who's the new chick? Why are you avoiding me and how about the last time I saw you!" She shouts at me, more angry than I've seen her before.

"You don't get to ask me-"

"I do and I am."

"No you don't. Newsflash Fallon we're not dating, you've made it clear and so have I." I threw my hands up, getting pissed with this conversation.
