THE FORGOTTEN MEMORIES [Jay Fanfic]

CHAPTER 25

I am currently sitting on our bed, We just got finished eating. Last night we went home late because Jay's mom didn't want to let us leave.

When we got home last night it was Jake and Jungwon who's left here while the rest already went home. They just left an hour ago after eating lunch with us, they spent the night here in the guest room.

I am watching Jay as he prepare himself because he'll be leaving today to meet someone. He was brushing his hair while I was just staring at him.

He noticed me thru the mirror looking at him, a smirk formed on his face.

"Stop staring at me love, you're making me blush here" He said that made me came back from my senses. I let out a small laugh.

"I'm sorry, I cannot help it. You're too handsome" I said teasing him and it made him blush even more.

"You really know how to get me huh" He said smiling, he walked towards me and knelt down. He held both of my hands and caressed it.

He removed a strand of my hair that's covering my face and caressed my cheeks with his other hand.

"Why aren't you ready yet? We'll be leaving soon" He said that made me raised my brow.

He's going to meet someone I don't want to see. She asked to meet him for closure. Jay keeps insisting since last night for me to come with him but I just don't know how to face her after everything she did.

"Love I told you last night I don't want to face her yet. And also this is a talk between the two of you so why would you need to bring me with you?" I said asking him.

"Of course you're coming with me, I want you there by my side and witness everything for you not to overthink things" he said that made me smile.

He really is the best.

"Okay fine, but let's be quick okay? I can't afford to see her for too long" I said and he nodded his head. I changed my clothes while he's patiently waiting for me in the bed.

As I finished preparing myself we head out to his car and he drove off to the place they agreed to meet up. It's not that far from our house, we stopped infront of a park.

"I'm nervous love" I said as we were walking to the specific spot they'll meet. Jay's hands tightened his grip on mine and gently caressed it using his thumb.

"Don't be okay? I'll just give her closure to things will be totally over" He said. 

I already can see her not far from where we are. And as soon as she saw us a smile plastered on her face but it slowly fades away when he saw our hands holding each other.

"Babe-I mean Jay, I'm sorry. I'm glad you came!" She said forcing herself to smile as she glanced at me who's hiding behind Jay's back.

I can see how uncomfy she is around me and she's too obvious avoding any eye contact with me.

"Be quick, we still have somwhere to go to" Jay said coldly.

"I just wanted to meet you to have a proper closure with you. Even though those times that we're together was just something I assumed that's real, I'm thankful to you for making me special again" She said.

"You know I just did that because I don't have my memories with me" Jay said still holding my hands.

"I know, and seeing you together right now made me realized that what we have is finally over. You finally found the one who you truly love" She said and shifted her gaze to you giving you a weak smile.

You're just standing behind Jay's back listening to everything she's saying.

"Andrea there was never an us, I only did that because I thought you're my girlfriend" Jay said. "And the worst part is you took advantage it, you could have told me the truth. You could have denied that you're not my girlfriend but you became selfish" I saw how a tear build up on her eyes.

She was just looking down smiling weakly, you could see thru her smile the pain she's been carrying.

"I just love you....that's why I did that but I swear I regret everything I did" She said and looked up to you.

I actually felt pity for her, Everyone falls inlove. She just loves Jay so much but it doesn't mean what she did was right. She was the reason for all of this pain I've felt. If she told him before the whole truth, maybe he could've got his memories back soonest.

But she became selfish that she only think about herself, her own happiness. And tooked advantage and played with Jay's feelings.

"And to y/n" She said looking at me.  I felt my hands shaking, I wanted to slap her so bad but I'm not that kind of girl. "I'm really really sorry for causing you too much pain" You could actually see the sincerity in her eyes.

"I know my apology will do nothing but I still wanted to apologize. I hurted you so bad, Jay is so lucky to have you. You never gave up on him given the fact that he came back to his ex but still you remain understanding and patient" She said smiling.

"I am indeed a lucky man Andrea" Jay said looking at me in the eyes. I gave him a smile before shifting my gaze to Andrea.

"I'm sorry but I cannot forgive you that easily but I want you to know that I appreciate your apology" I said and she nods while smiling.

"I understand. If I were you I would do the same" I gave her a smile for understanding me. "I hope you two love birds can now have the happy ending you've been wanting to happen" She said smiling to the both of us.

"Thank you Andrea" Jay said. "And also I'm sorry for involving you here. I know I'm also wrong so I hope you can also forgive me" He added.

"Don't need to say sorry Jay. Again I'm sorry to the both of you, I'm sorry for trying to ruin your precious relationship" She said showing a sincere smile. "Be happy, Atleast now we can all continue life in peace" She said.

That was the last thing she said before we watched her back walked away from us. I saw her tears in her eyes as she turn her back on us.

I looked at Jay and hugged him tight, He started stroking my hair.

"It's over now my love" He said and we went back to his car. I thought we'll head home but then I realized he's taking the wrong way.

"Love this is not the way home,  Where are we going?" I said asking him.

"We still have one last thing to do" He said that made me so curious.

I was shocked when I saw him parked infront of an airport.

"Airport? What are we doing here?" I said asking him but he just dragged me with him inside not answering my question.
