Thursday evening 20:00- Inessa
Inessa leaned back on the plush leather seat of the limousine, feeling a sense of calm wash over her. She was on her way to meet Vincent, the man who had promised to take care of her for the rest of her life. It was a scary prospect, but somehow, talking to Trey made her feel a little better.
As they drove through the busy city streets, Trey and Inessa continued to chat about all sorts of things. They talked about their favorite books, movies, and music. They even shared their favorite jokes and funny stories, and before long, they were both laughing so hard they were practically in tears.
Inessa felt a pang of guilt as she laughed. Here she was, on her way to start a new life with a man she barely knew, and yet she was having so much fun with his friend. But then again, Trey was just being friendly, she reminded herself. There was nothing wrong with enjoying his company.
As they approached their destination, Trey grew quiet, and Inessa could sense his hesitation. "Are you nervous?" she asked him gently.
Trey nodded. "Yeah, a little. I mean, I've known Vincent for years, but I still get nervous around him sometimes. He can be pretty intense, you know?"
Inessa nodded sympathetically. She had already gathered that much from the little the media had spread about Vincent. "Well, I'm sure everything will be fine," she said, trying to sound reassuring. "And hey, at least you'll have your sister's drawings to cheer you up, right?"
Trey laughed. "Yeah, that's true. I'll have to show her your pictures sometime. She'll love them."
Inessa smiled, feeling a sense of pride. She loved her art, and it was nice to know that someone appreciated it as much as she did. "Thanks," she said softly.
The car came to a stop outside a large, imposing building, and Trey turned to her. "Well, this is it. Are you ready?"
Inessa took a deep breath, steeling herself for what was to come. She had no idea what to expect, but she knew that she had to be strong. "As ready as I'll ever be," she said, and Trey gave her a reassuring smile.
"Good luck," he said, opening the door for her.
Inessa stepped out of the car, feeling the cool evening air on her face. She took one last look at Trey, who was giving her a wave, and then turned to face her new life.
As she made her way towards the entrance of the building, Inessa felt a mixture of excitement and fear. She had no idea what Vincent was like, or what he wanted from her. But she had made a promise to herself to be strong, to face whatever challenges lay ahead.
Inside, the building was grand and opulent, with high ceilings and marble floors. A tall, imposing man greeted her at the door, introducing himself as Vincent's butler.
"Welcome, Miss Inessa," he said, with a slight bow. "Mr. Valentino is waiting for you in the drawing room. If you'll please follow me."
Inessa nodded, following the butler through a series of grand halls and ornate rooms. She felt small and insignificant in the midst of all this luxury, but she tried to keep her head held high. She was determined to show Vincent that she was worthy of his attention, of his love.
