"Your mine chainsaw!" Yelled a man at the end of the ally.
"Tis another fan?"
"I'm no fan of his."
"Then who are you?"
"Just someone who knows what you did, and wants to end you!"
"Pretty impossible."
"Exactly, which is why I did this."
The man then proceeded to change. His hands became white, cone spikes. He had a black head with a massive cone spike attached to the face. There were silver spikes laced around his body.
"You see I got the Spike devil to be my heart, so I can kick your ass!"
"Bring it pointy b!tch!" Denji yelled, as he yanked the starter.
The 2 clashed, trading blow after blow. Denji started getting the upper hand, but this spike guy had something up his sleeves. He started to shoot spikes into Denji. Before he knew it, there were 4, 7, 16, 21 spikes in his body!
"Why you little-" The spike devil man launched Denji into a building.
Crowds started to gather, but the spike man shot anyone who got close. Eventually, the spike devil man stood atop Denji. His foot, crushing his chest.
"Any last words?"
"Thou shall die!" Power yelled, as she whacked the spike devil man with a blood hammer.
"Took you long enough."
"Just drink!" She gave him some blood.
"Much better."
"Good, now let's end this pointy man!"
"You will both die!"
...
Denji and Power entered the apartment. They were covered in blood. They eventually defeated the spike devil man via blood spears and taking out the heart. Once he was human, killing him was easy.
The manga cuts out fights all the time, deal with it.
"Ahh, reminds me of the good old days."
"When our lives were corrupted, yes twas the good old days!"
"You just had to put it that way, didn't you?"
"No, you put those words into my mouth!"
"Where's Aki when you need him?"
"Out with Nayuta, remember?"
"Yes I do."
"Then why did you ask?"
"Know what, want food?"
"Always!"
"I'll get Asa to grab us some grub."
...
Asa and Yoru were on their way to the apartment with the food.
"You think I should make a move on him?"
"Are you insane or something?"
"No."
"We might have to get that rechecked."
"I mean me and Denji have had our moments."
"Key word, HAD."
"C'mon, I'm quite the catch."
"Sure, but do you think he really wants to be with you?"
"What's that supposed to mean?"
"I mean, he falls for every pretty girl he sees."
"Does not!"
The 2 got to the building.
"Does too."
"Give 3 examples."
"There was the cleaning lady."
They got in the elevator.
"The waitress."
It went up, and stopped at the floor.
"That one fan."
They started walking.
"Then the-"
"Ok sure he's fallen for other girls, but they've been quick. This will be different."
She took out the key she had, and opened the door.
"Denji, I got the fo-"
She looked to see Denji kissing a girl. Asa barely knew the girl, but from what Denji told her, it wasn't any normal girl. Her name was Power.
"Doesn't look different."
