13: Fall of a Queen

Mk's POV

'Hey! Did you know Monkey King was trapped in here once too?'

(You can honestly skip this, unless you want to read it. It's just the rest of Revenge of the Spider Queen..)

"Yeah! Difference is, he was thrown in. I JUMPED." I said, looking down at the bottom of the furnace with a sad expression

'Truee, but! Know what he did? He found away out, ended up getting his Golden eyes of Truth too.'

"Well, I'm not the Monkey King! Okay!?"

'You're right. You're the Monkie Kid! You gotta figure out your own way to win. So do it'

I finished my self dialouge and took a final glance at myself in the reflection.
'You gotta figure out your own way to win.'

I looked at my staff and grabbed it with determination.

"Here comes... MONKIE KID!" I shouted, using my staff to summon a lion mech, similar to one ones guarding the furnace, and riding it to escape, with the furnace behind me.

"UHH, I'll bring it back when I'm done saving the world! Honest, promise, totally gonna do it, kay BYEE!" I yelled, rushing out on my new mech

I immedatly rushed to the ship, everyone was in it although it seemed like they just hopped in considering how out of breath they were.

"SANDYY! START. THE. DRONE!" I yelled, being chased by these lion like creatures

I rode on the lion mech and leaped over the two spider minions, landing smoothly with the furnace behind me.

After zooming off on the drone there was a moment of confusion

"So uh, what now?" Tang asked

"We find a place to lie low, make the antidote and save everyone!" I exclaimed

"Ugh, you're back to your disgustingly enthusiastic self, what happened?"

"You really are PIF's kid" Macaque laughed, sitting on the top of the drone, looking down at everyone

"Well! If you must know, I got a new power!" I exclaimed, causing everyone to look at me, intrigued

"The power...." I started "Of self refelection." 

Redson and Macaque seemed uninterested by my statement---but Tang, Mei, and Pigsy sure loved it!

"So, where are we headed?" Mei questioned, beaming with excitement

"Set a course, to flower fruit mountain!" 

Wukong's POV

"So, what do you think big guy? Enjoying the party?" I smiled, still stuck in those spider webs

"She would have never subdued me had you not given her the power she needed" He bellowed 

"Orr, it's just that she captured me first! Cause ya' know, I'm her favorite"

I said, before a unbelieveable pain pulsed through us as our powers were being drained into the mech

"My queen, it seems the demon boy and the Monkey King's protégé are working together."

"So!?" She exclaimed. "What can they do! This city is mine!"

"Perhaps you should-"

"Enough!" She bayed, "I don't need you comin' in here being a party pooper, you know what we need to do? Celebrate! Bring in the year of the Spider in style!"

"As you wish..."

Mk's POV

"I, Redson will combine the powers of the celestial artifacts with the Spider Queen's own venom, save my father and REFORGE THE WORLD, AS I SEE FIT!" He said, starting to do a super heroic evil laugh
