Hi everyone!

It's been a long time, and I feel I owe you all an explanation. The truth is, I haven't updated this story for a variety of reasons, but the main culprits are a loss of passion and a creeping doubt in my own abilities as a writer. I first began this book a long time ago, and from then to now, my writing style has grown and changed significantly. Re-reading my earlier chapters gives me a mix of nostalgia and second-hand embarrassment.

Adding to the dilemma, when I started this project, certain seasons hadn't aired yet, so a lot of what I wrote has now been rendered canonically inaccurate. It's hard not to feel disheartened when you realize your story doesn't line up with the universe you're writing about.

Because of these reasons, I've been toying with the idea of deleting this book entirely-possibly even this account. It's not a decision I'd make lightly, but it's one that's been on my mind for some time now.

That brings me to you, the readers who've stuck with me through my silence. I have a genuine question for you all:

Do you want me to continue this book? Should I pick it back up, polish the rough edges, and revise the story to make it more cohesive and true to canon for new and future readers? Or do you think it's time to let this story go, to give it a graceful exit and close this chapter for good?

Whatever your thoughts, I want to hear them! If you think I should delete the story, I'll accept that wholeheartedly-no hard feelings. Your input will help me decide the best path forward. Thank you for taking the time to listen to me ramble, and for being here after all this time.
