I had been woken up by the sound of Bug's voice.
Him and my dad were visiting, but they came with a little surprise!
My dad gave me and Bug money to go on a trip to Vama Veche!
It was a place I haven't been since I was five years old. The nostalgia that place gives me is incredible!
Bug told me he has never been there, since he was broke until our father married his mother. I know she's my 'mother' too, but I could not see her as my mother no matt how hard I ever tried.
Our father gave us $1880, for plane tickets, plus $5550'for fun', because he already booked us two separate hotel rooms, since this year I'm going to be 18.
I called up the group, and told them the news, some of them told me that the tickets were to expensive, but I told them that me and Bug could pay for their tickets, because we weren't going to spend five thousand dollars in Romania, for a two-day trip.
All of them agreed, except Alexander because he already had a lot of money he wanted to spend, and what is better than to spend your money on a trip in another country with your friend?
I was so sad to leave Milo at home, alone for four hours until my mom comes home from work, but let's see the bright side, I was going to be alone with Emmerson!
Me and Bug packed our bags, but there was one little problem... We were minors who smoked.. so that meant we couldn't bring cigarettes with us, and we couldn't smoke until we found a corner shop that would actually sell to minors, which if you ask me, is literally every corner shop in Romania ever. If they won't sell cigarettes by the piece you'll have to buy whole pack, speaking from experience.
The fly on the plane was neat, I slept half of the time to hide my stress and my lust for a cigarette. Outside me was looking relaxed, but I was dreaming about smoking away my problems.
When we got to Vama Veche, Alexander, Bug and Emmerson set up three tents, while me, Seth and Monroe went to buy groceries.
Monroe bought food and weed lollipops, because that's all they had, Seth bought Scotch, everyone's favorite, and I bought five packs of my much needed cigarettes and smoked a half of a pack on the way back to the beach.
We made a campfire since it was night already, and played music. While me and the group were having a conversation, this boy with the face of an angel came to us and asked for a light (the guy asked us for a lighter to light his cigarette up).Author's note:
Now that guy is a very dear person to my heart, but this is for another chapter.
