Jun, Belial's best friend, was the complete opposite of him.
When he met my and my friend group for the first time, he was already feeling comfortable with all of us.
Belial on the other hand needed some help to feel comfortable around new people.
The best friends met in elementary school, where Belial fought for Jun's rights since he was originally from China.
Jun was a happy child, because he was forced to. His parents told him to not show any type of emotion rather than happiness around people other than himself, because people would judge him. He moved to America with his parents when he was just two years old, the reason they left being his grandparents disowning his parents for having a kid before being married.
School was the hardest for Jun. He was being called names everyday, from slurs to stupid nicknames.
But when Belial moved to Jun's school because he was expelled for being a bully, everything changed.
Everyone was scared of Belial, so he protected Jun. Eventually the two of them became friends and Jun helped Belial learn since he didn't have many good grades.
In highschool, the both of them started a band, because it was their biggest dream.
Their band was called 'Aer-yeah 51', the band I was obsessing over.
