Salvatore Boarding House:

Stefan's pov:

I was sitting with Artemis when Kai walked in, he looked at Ari "I think I found a spell that can hurt our family."

Ari immediately sat up "you did?"

He nodded "but it requires the blood of an original vampire."

Ari smirked then spoke, "well, it's a good thing that two of them are coming to Mystic Falls soon."

I whipped my head to her "you saw them again?"

"Yeah," she nodded as she spoke. "Niklaus and Kol Mikaelson are both coming to Mystic Falls within the next couple of months."

I smiled at that wanting to see my old friend again now that I knew who he was. Kai nodded before leaving as I looked at her "are you sure you want to help Nik with the curse? I mean Elena is your friend."

"Yeah, but like I said before Elena is brilliant at emotional manipulation and pretty much only cares about herself," Ari spoke as she sighed "plus Nik and Kol were my father's friends so I'm inclined to help them."

I nodded and pulled her closer to me again and looked at her "as long as you're sure about it. I will do whatever you want to do." Ari smiled and leaned in to kiss me. We were stunned when Damon came into the house and immediately went up to his room. I looked at her "I'm still a little weak from the fight with Frederick and Bethanne, I'm gonna go hunt."

Ari looked confused "why don't you just grab-" I immediately placed a finger over my lips and tapped my ear making her eyes widen as she realized that I didn't want Damon to hear. Ari nodded before speaking again "have fun. Don't kill too many thumpers." I chuckled as I left the house knowing that because of my human blood consumption, I didn't need that much animal blood.

I sped to the woods behind the house and looked for animals but didn't even realize that I was being followed. I was suddenly stabbed multiple times in the stomach and my neck was snapped. I came to tied to a chair with stakes in my legs and arms.

Salvatore Boarding House:

Artemis's pov:

I was hanging out in the living room of the boarding house going through my family's grimoires when I realized that Stefan had been gone a long time. I hated even asking Damon but I called for him "Damon!"

Damon came down the stairs "this better be good, witchy."

I looked at him "Stefan's went to hunt and has been gone a long time."

Damon immediately looked concerned and sighed "I wonder if Pearl and her vampires have him."

"Let's go," Ari spoke as she grabbed her bag. Damon nodded and they both got into Damon's car and headed to Pearl's.

Tomb Vampire's House:

Both Damon and I got to the house and knocked on the door. When the door opened it was Frederick who answered the door and moved to show Stefan who was staked to a chair as I felt the tears pooling in my eyes at Stefan's predicament.

I shook my head "ok, I'm done with this." I flung my hand throwing the vampires in the room back and away from Stefan. They all hit the floor with a thud as I walked inside using my powers to untie the ropes from Stefan. I muttered a spell in Latin negating the need for Damon to be invited in and he sped in taking Stefan. I looked at Damon "get him out of here while I deal with these guys."

Damon looked at me and nodded "make it hurt, Artemis."

I nodded before Damon sped out of the house supporting Stefan. Artemis wanted to be with Stefan and help him heal but I needed to deal with Frederick first. I flicked my hand and broke his ankle as he screamed out. I leaned down "next time don't take a witch's boyfriend."

Frederick looked at me "oh yeah, and what's the witch going to do about it? You should have heard how much your little boyfriend grunted in pain."

I gritted my teeth before muttering another spell in Latin causing his blood to boil. I then flicked my hand and Frederick's neck was snapped before I set him on fire and walked out of the house. I turned around as I got outside the house and set the entire house ablaze killing all of the vampires inside.

I realized that Damon had sped back to the Boarding House with Stefan but had left me his car with the keys inside the visor. I turned the key and smirked as the car started and the house burned in flames before speeding off.

Salvatore Boarding House:

Stefan's pov:

I was still weak from the torture when Damon sped me home. I looked at him and then around me worried "where is Ari? Is she okay?"

Damon nodded "she's just dealing with your torturers." Right as he said that we both heard Damon's car pull in and then Artemis walked through the door.

She immediately came over to me and hugged me which made me groan a bit as I was still healing before she settled on next to me on the couch. I looked at Damon again "they were pissed at not only us but Katherine who left them in the tomb."

"Good," Damon sighed as he spoke. "She's a bitch." Ari snorted as I laughed a bit agreeing with him before grimacing in pain as my skin finished knitting back together. All three of us knew that this was far from over.
