"We did it!" Hinata exclaimed, her excitement palpable as she jumped into Sasuke's arms. "We've graduated!" Sasuke smirked down at her, relishing the moment as he held her close, aware of the jealous glares from his fangirls.
"Hn," he uttered, his typical stoic demeanor softened by the affectionate exchange. He pulled Hinata into a sweet, lingering kiss, pouring his emotions into the embrace. When they pulled back, he gazed deeply into her eyes, his heart swelling with emotion.
In a swift, unexpected motion, Sasuke popped off the second button of his uniform and handed it to Hinata, a serious expression on his face. "Move in with me?" he asked, his voice sincere and vulnerable. Hinata looked at him with wide eyes, taken aback by the sudden proposal.
"Wait, really?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper, her heart racing with anticipation. Sasuke nodded, his gaze unwavering, his love for her evident in every fiber of his being.
Hinata's breath caught in her throat, and she couldn't contain the joy that bubbled up within her. A brilliant smile spread across her face as tears glistened in her eyes. Without hesitation, she threw her arms around Sasuke, embracing him tightly.
"Yes, yes, a thousand times yes!" Hinata exclaimed, her voice filled with emotion. "Oh, Sasuke, I would love to move in with you!"
Sasuke's stoic facade cracked, and a rare, genuine smile graced his lips. He held Hinata close, savoring the moment as they stood there, wrapped in each other's embrace, surrounded by the excitement of graduation day.
As they pulled apart, Sasuke brushed a gentle thumb against Hinata's cheek, wiping away a tear that had escaped her eye. "I promise to make you happy," he said softly, his voice full of sincerity. "I may not be good with words, but I'll show you every day how much you mean to me."
Hinata's heart swelled with warmth, and she reached up to cup Sasuke's face in her hands, her gaze filled with love. "And I promise to love you with all my heart," she whispered, her voice filled with unwavering devotion.
"Sorry to ruin the love fest, but Sasu-chan, I thought I was getting the second button!" Naruto whined, pouting as he looked at Sasuke. Hinata giggled, turning to Naruto, while Sasuke glared at him.
"Stop being gay," Sasuke growled, his annoyance evident in his tone.
"Aww, come on Sasu-chan!" Naruto pretended to whine again, trying to coax Sasuke into giving him the second button.
Hinata chuckled at their playful banter, enjoying the lighthearted moment after their graduation.
"Wanna go smoke as a celebration?" Naruto asked.
However, their conversation was interrupted by Sakura, who walked up to them, shaking her head.
"No, none of that," Sakura said firmly. "We're having a party at my house to celebrate our graduation, and smoking is not allowed."
Naruto threw his arms up dramatically, feigning disappointment. "Come on, Sakura, you're such a buzzkill!" he muttered under his breath.
"What did you say?" Sakura cracked her knuckles, giving Naruto a stern look.
"N-Nothing, ma'am," Naruto stammered, backtracking quickly. "I'll just be over there enjoying the view, definitely not going to smoke." He darted off, trying to escape Sakura's wrath.
Hinata patted Sasuke's chest, smiling up at him. "Let's go help Naruto out before Sakura kills him." Sasuke just hummed taking her hand in his and walked in Naruto's direction.
Sai observed the interaction between Hinata, Sasuke, and their friends from a distance. He couldn't deny that he still felt a little uneasy around Hinata, but seeing her with Sasuke seemed to calm his nerves somewhat. He couldn't quite put his finger on why he felt that way, but he tried to push it aside and focus on the moment.
