Naruto exhaled a puff of smoke from the blunt he was holding, his blue eyes fixed on Sasuke and Hinata standing in front of him. There was an unmistakable shift in their dynamics, a subtle change that he couldn't quite pinpoint. They looked at each other with a longing that Naruto hadn't seen before, and there was a sparkle in their eyes that spoke volumes.

Passing the blunt to Sasuke, Naruto tried to find the right words to break the silence. He took a deep breath and spoke up, his voice unsure. "Soooo..." he started, scratching his head as he searched for the right words to say. "Something's different with you guys. What's going on?"

Sasuke's gaze flicked towards Hinata, a faint blush dusting his cheeks. He clenched his jaw, seemingly at a loss for words. Hinata, on the other hand, looked down shyly, her cheeks tinted with a rosy hue as she toyed with a lock of her hair.

Naruto could see the unspoken tension between them, the emotions simmering just below the surface. It was clear to him that something had changed between Sasuke and Hinata, but neither of them seemed willing to admit it yet.

Naruto took another hit from the blunt, trying to ease the tension. "Come on, guys," he said, blowing out a plume of smoke. "It's written all over your faces. What's going on between you two?"

Sasuke frowned, a hint of frustration in his eyes. "Nothing," he said curtly, avoiding Naruto's gaze. "We're just... friends."

"I don't think friends look at each other like that, but okay," Naruto replied, taking a drag from the blunt before passing it to Hinata. She looked at the blunt in her fingers, hesitating for a moment before taking a hit and then handing it to Sasuke.

"You know, I still can't get over the fact that Hinata is smoking," Naruto continued, blowing out a plume of smoke. "I just can't picture it, but then again, you're sleeping with teme, so maybe I've seen it all at this point." He chuckled, teasing Hinata as she coughed out the smoke from her mouth.

Sasuke smirked, leaning back and taking a hit from the blunt. He watched the playful banter between Naruto and Hinata with an amused expression, his dark eyes glinting with amusement.

Hinata blushed at Naruto's comment, but she couldn't help but smile. She had come a long way since her shy days, and her relationship with Sasuke had helped her gain more confidence. She took another drag from the blunt, enjoying the warmth that spread through her chest as she exhaled the smoke.

Sasuke, on the other hand, remained aloof, his stoic facade in place. But Naruto could see the subtle glances Sasuke stole at Hinata, the way his eyes softened whenever she laughed or smiled. It was clear to Naruto that there was more between them than just friendship, but they were both hesitant to admit it.

"Alright, enough teasing, Naruto," Sasuke said finally, his voice low and controlled. He passed the blunt back to Naruto, his gaze fixed on Hinata. "We should head back. It's getting late."

"You think the teacher will notice that we're high?" Hinata asked, her eyes bright red from the effects of the blunt. She looked at Sasuke, whose eyes were also glazed over, and he glanced back at her, a smirk playing on his lips.

"Nah," Sasuke replied nonchalantly, his voice slightly husky from the smoke. He ran a hand through his tousled hair, his red eyes fixed on Hinata. "We'll play it cool. Just act normal."
