After countless sessions, checkups, and physiotherapy, Taehyung found himself finally sitting in a car on his way outside of the hospital.

The car ride was silent, they'd talk occasionally which would be questions asking Taehyung if he was hurting or if he remember something, the answer would be no most of the time.

Taehyung's doe eyes stared at all the scenery that passed the car, everything felt familiar but he couldn't connect any dots or think at all. His mind felt empty.

Trying to remember something was like trying to accurately sing a song you had never heard in your life, and the only time it was right was due to chance.

It was frustrating, but he tried his best not to dwell on it. The doctors had said that after some therapy he'd be give some tasks that may help him work on his mind or he may remember by chance too.

Taehyung's eyes widened more when the car began to drive into a garage of a mansion. The exterior was white and their front yard had consisted of four other foreign cars along with rose bushes as decoration.

"Oh yeah, we're super rich," Hanseul told the boy who seemed to be in awe, "Does it look familiar?"

"A little," Taehyung replied and stared at the rose bushes, "The white roses are really familiar,"

"They're your favourite flowers, you used to always water them and take care of them," Mrs. Kim spoke with a fond smile, "Are you happy to be home?"

Taehyung shrugged, "I don't remember it being mine. I'm glad I'm not at the hospital anymore that's for sure," he mumbled not realising the sadness that statement caused.

Once the car was parked, Hanseul stepped out first to help out Taehyung who still had a limp whilst walking and would hiss in pain due to the aching sensations in his muscles.

"They said the pain should start to ease as time goes on," Hanseul told the boy who silently nodded, holding onto her shoulder tightly and keeping his eyes set on the floor.

"Take him up to his room, they said that he needs to have two weeks off of school and he needs to be in bed most of the time," Mrs. Kim instructed the girl who complied and began to help him towards the stairs.

Taehyung was amazed by the inside too. Everything was clean and white, there were some paintings on the walls along with family portraits too. Their living room was huge with a massive TV on the wall and above an electric fireplace. The first floor was an open area so to their left side there was the massive kitchen too.

He didn't have time to see where the other doors lead to as he was instantly taken up to the second floor, he noticed there was also a third floor which made him curious to see what was up there.

"This is your cringe room," Hanseul spoke the second their father opened the door for them.

It was a large room with a king sized bed in the middle, there was a study desk and also a vanity where all white. His walls had a few posters which were of singers that he could just about remember.

The room wasn't ugly, he actually liked it. There wasn't too much decorations, it was tidy and simple yet it had enough personality splattered everywhere.

"Listen son, every morning me and you are going to do walking around the garden. It'll help you use your muscles again," Mr. Kim informed the boy who was placed down on his bed comfortably and then some crutches were also put next to him.

"Let me cook something, then you need to take your medicines after," Mrs. Kim cupped the boys face and planted a kiss against his forehead, "I'll be back, honey can you help me?"

"Of course love," Mr. Kim ruffled Taehyung's hair gently and followed his wife out.

Hanseul watched them leave with a disgusted face, "You're babied a lot by the way, because you were all cute back then or whatever,"

"Can you show me around?" Taehyung eagerly asked the girl who seemed hesitant.

"You should really be resting, I can show you tomorrow, you have two weeks off,"

"Two weeks? I'm gonna be stuck in bed for another two weeks?" Taehyung frowned, "Wait what year am I in? How much class did I just miss?"

"You're in your first year, it's been seven months- well you only went for four months until the accident," Hanseul informed the boy and fell silent for a bit, "Do you not remember how the accident happened?"

"No, I didn't even know I drive," Taehyung frowned.

"The police are investigating it, there was no street cameras in the area and they're tryna find witnesses," She let out a yawn and stood up, "You know what? I have an idea!"

"What?" Taehyung watched the girl walk over to his desk and pick up a phone.

"Your phone dumbass, it's gonna have plenty of memories," She unlocked it using the boys birthday as a password. The first thing she did was erase any chats about the scholarship issue and cleared the hundreds of texts Taehyung had sent to Jeongguk begging to be heard.

Then, she sent a text to Jimin on Snapchat stating that he shouldn't mention anything upsetting to Taehyung.

"Here, this is some texts between your other best friend Jimin," She passed the phone to the boy who slowly took it and stared at it blankly.

"I don't know what it says."

"Oh shit, I forgot your smart part of the brain was damaged," She gasped and took the phone away, "Do you not remember anything from university? You're the top student!"

"Um, I have a best friend named Jeongguk, he's in all my classes," Taehyung tried to think of more.

"You're studying business together, your childhood dream was to become a CEO because you look up to dad," Hanseul instead picked up some books, "Can you not read at all?"

"I can a little, I'm supposed to get therapy for that too," Taehyung murmured, "God, I should've died in the fucking accident."

"Don't say that, you're back here for a reason," The girl frowned, "Maybe this is your chance,"

"Chance for what?" Taehyung looked up at her confused.

"To live your life in a better and happier way, you know it's a second chance since you escaped death and can live again," Hanseul smiled, "Now you should get in bed, I'll go check on what they're making."

Taehyung watched her leave with a blank face and then he let out a helpless sigh.

What's the point if I don't know anything?
