Location: Washington DC, United States of America
18th August, 1632, 9:00 AM

From once the empty and lifeless street of Washington DC just a mere single day ago, now it is blazing with gun fires. A great anarchy unfold as he watch from the safety of the White House. A man with black hair, his body covered with the usual blue service dress uniform, he turn away from the big-flat screen hanging on the wall and speak to the rest in the situation room. The rectangular table is surrounded by a group of young and old, they wore the suit just like him, some of their attire look hastily dressed. This meeting was called after the situation yesterday, and in a rush, they came through the white house to discuss the recent crisis.

"Ever since that incident, everyone has been trying very hard to figure this entire situation out. NASA and CIA are able to provide with little information but we need to make out off what we could gathered."

He slowly sit down onto the softness of office chair, putting his hands onto the table with a respectable manner. He look at all of the other members sitting around the rectangular table as the display on the screen changed. An image of UN security council in middle of New York, now empty and lifeless. The black-white display add to the feel more than it should be, it is the horrifying feeling of being isolated.

The current holder of US Secretaries of State hold up his paper, he is a man seemingly in his late 60's, his white hairs like most of the people in the government and Congress, prove further of his long life. After some study within his papers, he begin to speak.

"Since last night, we have tried contacting every other nations and also their embassy within our soils. It wasn't going very well as foreign embassy has also lost their contact with their home countries. I am not very sure how we could manage this."

A man beside him emits a soft sigh as he click on the table with his index finger. This is going to be a hard one, he take a look at his paper and add the additional information after the Secretary of State finished.

"With our communication completely lost, we will have no way of importing goods. I feared for the worst, with our current supply, I believe we could crawl on the floor to carry our populations for several months before the stockpiled resources run out. We might faced another Great Depression scenario if this were to be a reality."

It was the holder of Secretary of the Interior whose uttered those dreaded words. Everyone gulp. America has been known for its massive industry and economy but even then, they wouldn't lasted a year alone. These were true to them, reality has never been kind to anyone.

"Look, most of these problem, in my opinion, could be fixed after some time. However, a more prominent threat to our national security is happening as we are speaking right now."

The person from CIA said with a cold tone, they felt as if the temperature itself has decreased.

"We search far and wide and found nothing related to the attack, it is as if it never happened. Everything is perfectly fine. Secretaries of State, will you be able to contact Canada?" He turned his attention to the Secretary of State.

"We can." He nodded in agreement.

The room fell into silent again, the sound of air conditioner and projector playing the uncanny black-white image echoes through the ears. The machine emits a little sound as it changes the image displayed to something else, it is a sinister view of domestic terrorism within the capital. President Ronald Reagan, inhale a big chunk of air into his lungs as he looks.

"The current problem we are having is these rogue militias groups and terrorist organization taking advantage over our confused state, we need to maintain public peace before we could continue to manage our economy." Stated the director of NSA, Lincoln Faurer. He objected the idea of having these dangerous group running around America.
