Eclipse POV.

I sighed sitting in my control room seat. The control room was strange. It had two levels, both in a half-dome shape. The lower level was simple, a control panel that ran the entire length with several chairs. Most of which were for maintenance. A few however were for other crew rolls. The upper level had much fewer seats, but each seat and computer were on its own rounded balcony. In the middle, and raised off the floor, was the captain's balcony. This way they could see everyone. The two next to it were mine and Harmony's, navigation and resources. Wavelength had a booth at the far left end. His balcony was the largest, seeing as he was the head of every outgoing, incoming, and inner ship communications. On the far right was Flare. His balcony was the same size as everyone else's. How he fit the cabinets into his balcony I don't know. Stairs down the lower level ran down either side of Solar's balcony. Just below Solar's booth was Siege's. His was smaller but had everything he needed.

Sighing I power off the control room lights and sit on the edge of Solars booth. The galaxy was beautiful. Stars littered the view. Most of Cybertron's sky was blocked by the moons or orbiting asteroids. Pulling out my datapad I update my travel logs. 1 week. We've been in space for one week. My wings twitch slightly. It's been, I pause. Almost a month now since we stole the ship. Wow. Part of me couldn't wait any longer. I just wanted to be on Earth by now. Who knew waiting was the worst part. My wings flick slightly as one of the dim computers flashes. Meteor shower nearby. Simple course readjustment. Unlike the Earth movies Sire loved, meteors were rather easy to avoid. Cybertronian systems gave us plenty of warnings. Plus, they weren't always as compact as Earth movies showed. In reality, they were rather spaced out from one another.

I take a deep breath and stretch, wings flicking again. Another alert catches my attention. Much larger than the meteor shower. Pulling it up I study the ship's radar.

"Hey Siege." I activate my comm. "Something massive is headed our way, you see anything out of of the windows?"

There was a few minutes of silence.

"No I don't? What do you see?"

"Nothing. But the ships detected something."

"Alright, I'll be right up."

I cut the call with my brother and wait. Could just be some sort of massive debris, but the outline on the radar was incredibly strange.

"Hey Eclipse." Siege walked in

"Hey." I lazily wave.

"Hm. Yeah that is odd." He looked over my shoulder and at the radar.

"Traveling at a similar speed to us." I note.

"Similar?"

"It's a few clicks faster."

"Hm. Maybe Wavelength can recognize it?" Siege comms our friend.

"Tell him it's coming up behind us."

"Got it."

Siege walked down to his balcony and pulled up the radar there as well.

"He's coming!" My brother called up to me.

"Alright! Thanks!" I smile.

We waited for a few minutes, watching as the thing came closer.

"What is that?" Siege glared at the blinking shape.

"It's not a comet. It's following the wrong path." I point to one of the meteors that passes the ship.

"Not definitely not!" Siege agreed.

"What's going on?" Wavelength walked in.

"Something is coming up to the ship and we can't tell what." Siege explained.

"Hm." Wavelength hummed and walked over, losing his footing when the ship lurched.

"What was that?!" Siege held onto his booth side.

"Whatever is on the radar. We're directly in front of it." I frown.

"In front of what?" Wavelength stood back up.

"No clue." Siege activated the group call. "Secure any items of value and importance. We're caught in something."

^What is going on?!^ Flare typed into the chat.

^Something's latched onto our ship!^ I type back.

The ship jerked to the side this time.

^SOMETHING'S OUTSIDE!!^ Solar altered everyone

^We know!!^ Wavelength shot back.

^NO!! Something living!!^ Solar quickly explained.

^Living?!^ I watched the group chat shocked.

^Solar is freaking out! He says he saw an eye!^ Harmony typed.

"Siege! I'm checking it out real quick!" I inform him before teleporting out of the control room and onto the other side of the glass.

Time reset for me and the freezing cold of outer space latched onto my metal. I hiss from the shock of it. No wonder bots hate living on the moons! It's frigid out here! Pushing myself forward I glide out of the other twos view and to the top of the ship.

"Oh no...." I gasped horrified.

^Energon Worm!^ I warn the crew

^Get back inside NOW. Everyone else power off the ship and everything you find!^ Siege commanded.

I teleport back into my uncle's ship, tripping onto the hallway floor when I land.

"Eclipse?! Are you ok?" Solar helped me up.

"Yeah I'm fine. But that thing is trying to shake us like a sparklings toy!"

As if on cue we were all thrown back into the wall.

*This is NOT fun!* Harmony added her opinion.

"No! It's not!" I agree and start running to the engine room.

As the three of us ran we heard the thrusters power down and off.

^Engines are taken care of! What about our own energon?^ Flare typed.

^Stasis pods. We can stay in those for a few days.^ Solar suggests.

^Yeah... About those. Uncle Thundercracker removed those to have them fixed about a week before we left.^ Siege quickly informed him.

^What?! So then how do we get this thing away from us?^ Harmony pressed into my side.
