Eclipse POV

Our ship shuttered as we were drawn in.

"Alright everyone get moving. Hide what we can. Flare, make our datapad disappear! Hide valuables now!" Solar sprang into action.

I took off running to my room and grabbed my logs, lifting up a floor panel and dropping them in. Wavelength dashed down the halls behind me. Fine by me.

^All hands on deck, back to the control room.^

I hear Solars voice on the intercom.

"No no! Tell him I need a minute!" Wavelength called.

I sigh. Mech probably brought his programming datapad and is trying to lock it.

"I'll cover you don't worry!" I call back.

"Thank you!!!"

Pausing I focus. Envisioning the control room I feel my spark slow down, my frame following suit. The walls around me buzzed and morphed. My frame dropped.

"AAH!" I crash onto the control room stairs.

"Eclipse!" Siege rushed over and helped me up.

"Ow...." I hiss standing.

*Another teleport attempt?* Harmony asked worried.

"Yeah." I sigh and walk back up to Solar.

The ship jolts one last time.

"I think they've connected the bridge..." Flare taps his ped nervously.

"I'm back!" Wavelength slides into the room.

"Good!" Solar smiles.

"Do we greet them?" Wavelength looks to our captains.

"It would be a good idea." Siege looked back at the ship. "I really don't like that thing...."

*I don't either.* Harmony pressed into his leg.

"Ok. Seekers stay here with Harmony. Wavelength and I will greet them." Solar takes a deep breath.

"Stay safe." I sigh.

Flare pulls up the security cameras. We all crowd to watch. About twelve or thirteen bots walk on, most guarding the bridge. All of which looked mangled.

"Are those..." Flare gasps.

"Trophy limbs? Yes. They are." Siege swallows.

*Trophy limbs....?* Harmony hides under Siege.

We all look at each other. Harmony wasn't exposed to this before. Well we weren't either. But then again Uncle Thundercracker was insistent we did bootcamps as often as we could. Even then, that wasn't all that often either.

"It's when a bot sees another bots weaponry and takes it, leaving the bot to live without a physical piece of themselves. Smugglers, bounty hunters, and other such criminals are known for doing that." Siege explained the best he could.

*Thats gross!!* Harmony's wings flared.

"Not to mention a massive crime. Depending on what the bot steals, they could end up loosing everything plus some. Jail time, thousands to millions of shanix's in fines." I add on.

*Good!! Those nasty bots have it coming!* She nods.

"Wasn't Lockdown one of them?" Flare asks.

*Who is Lockdown?*

"One of the most successful and feared bounty hunters durning the Great War. He stole from thousands of bots, namely Autobots."

*So he was a con?*

"Yep. One even Megatron didn't like running around unsupervised." I finished off his story.

"This would be the rest of us. Like I said. Sire told us to stay away from Cybertron for a while." Solar walked in, telling what we knew to be a lie.

"Hm. So a bunch of teenagers piloting a relic." One of our guests snicker.

"Have some respect! It's falling apart!" Another laughs.

"Zip it bucketheads." The tallest hissed. "It's a bunch of kids. Probably going one of the moons."

"Just like we told you sir." Wavelength puts on a grin.

These mechs probably don't affect him. Not after growing up in Ultra Magness's abuse.

"Hm. That you did." They roll their optics.

"May I ask how we can help? Seeing as you're on our ship." Solar asked politely.

"We received a high energy reading from your vessel."

"Of what kind?" Siege asked.

"Shouldn't you know?" One of the shorter mech chuckle.

"We're kids. On a war ship. No. Now we don't know." I deadpan.

Flare covers a snort next to me. Siege also has to pause.

"Um- Boss she has a point? If they don't know how could we know?" He looks up.

"I don't think he's the brightest." Flare whispers.

*No. I don't think so either.* Harmony agrees.

Their boss sighs. "You imbecile. We know because we're PIRATES!!"

We all flinched at his bellow.

"Oooooh yeah. Wait what does that mean for us?"

"It mean we take what we want." He growls.

"Um. If it helps your clearly growing headache sir," Solar starts, "All we have is our school supplies."

"And something else clearly!" He growls.

Solar takes a step back. These mechs weren't safe.

"Start searching the ship. Before you're processors forget they exist!"

"Fine fine! What about the rats?"

"Rats? You mean us?!" Flare huffed.

"I'll watch them." He shoved his men forward. "Take two."

"Two? Two for what?" The one turns back around.

"Leverage!!" He grabs Solar and shoved him forward as well.

"Oh hey! One!" The shorter pirate beams. "Now where's two?"

"Just grab one of the seekers! I don't care!"

One them walks up and takes my elbow, forcing me forward.

"Excuse me?!" Siege growls and tries to pull me back.

In return he receives a blaster barrel pressed into his helm.

"Shut up." The pirate puts his blaster away as Solar and I are lead down the halls.

"Guess we're all important then! Searching the ship!" One of them boasts.

"Boss could never be as cool!"

I look at my friend. Flare was right. They definitely aren't the smartest.
