A day without blyana was dreadful. She wasn't feeling well it happened with her moons bleeding at times where her all symptoms otherwise dormant it seemed came out to provoke her further.

"Don't worry my love I will tend to the children you just rest." Larys assured her. Otto went into super dad mode when Blyana wasnt feeling well and He babied her. He checked on her constantly when he knew that she wanted to sleep and be left alone but he was a worried mess.

Blyana was buried under a mountain of blankets when otto came in with teas and herbs. He put it down silently kissed the lump of blankets ran a hand down the lump of blankets and headed back out to try and work.

Everything seemed to turn upside down when Blyana wasnt feeling well. Everyone needed mama and mama needed her brain to stop spinning and hibernate for a few days before she was revived again.

"Wheres mama?" Lucia asked for the millionth time.

"Resting. Shes not feeling well." Larys reminded her.

"Where?" Lucia asked again.

"In her bed. Sleeping." Larys answered.

"I kiss her better." Lucia decided as she marched off. Otto scooped her up bringing her with him. Lucia looked just like Blyana did at this age but with darker hair. Her little face was the same. Her determination to help and make others feel better the same little smile.

"Mama I kiss it better." Lucia remarked leaning forward, Blyana peered out from the blankets and smiled back at Lucia. "Better?"

"Thank you baby.' Blyana whispered.

"You better? You want to play?" Lucia questioned.

"I need to rest a little more." Blyana corrected, Lucia gave her another kiss.

"Now?"

"Come on stinker." Otto decided as he picked up Lucia. "Get some sleep love, I will keep Lucia busy."

"Thanks daddy. Be good for grandpa." Blyana requested.

"I'm always good." Lucia assured waving back at her from over Otto's shoulder.

"Thats really good Teo." Larys remarked as he read through the proverb.

"Can I train with Aemond now?" Teo questioned.

"I suppose you have earned it." Larys agreed. He was glad that Matteo was looking up to Aemond instead of Aegon. Aegon although he was going through his moody little shit head phase was still Blyana's baby at heart. All the kids were.

Bellamy strut around chasing after Teo. Larys remembered a time in his life when he chased after Harwin thinking the world of his big brother. That was long gone though.

Larys hoped his sons would never grow apart, that they would be the best of friends, protect each other. Daeron and Aemond were the closest of Alicent's siblings but they were not as close as Blyana and Alicent. Their relationship was complicated. Years of taking care of each other to get to this point of complete trust and security in another person, something Larys had with Blyana.

"Daddy play dragons with me." Bellamy called out holding up his little figurines. Alicent claimed Viserys had too many toys for a grown ass man and started giving them away to Blyana's children they enjoyed the little wooden soldiers and dragons and horses more than Viserys did.

Larys shifted to the ground sitting beside him. He held out a dragon before shaking his head. Bellamy handed him a little figurine with a crown. Larys stared down at it, to say he never thought of himself on the iron throne would have been a lie. Didnt every man and woman think about it once in their lives what it would be like to sit on the throne, to rule.

"Why did you give me the king?" Larys pondered.

"You call mama your queen." Bellamy reminded him.

"Making me..." Larys realized.

"The king." Bellamy agreed.

"YOu are a smart boy." Larys informed him.

"I get it from mama." Larys chuckled nodding.

"Yes you do." Larys agreed.

"Ser Pounce, don't get the pieces all furry." Bellamy tsked pulling the horses away from the tabby as he purred brushing up against them.

"We need a cat piece for him." Larys realized. Bellamy looked around trying to find a cat.

"You are right, we need a Ser Pounce!" Bellamy declared jumping up.

"Where are you going, Bell?" Larys countered pulling himself up with his cane.

"To ask aunt Alicent for a cat statue." Bellamy informed him as though it should have been obvious.

"Of course." Larys agreed. "I will come with you." Bellamy ran ahead and Larys cane clicked along the ground as he tried to keep up.

"Hi sweetie," Alicent coed when Bellamy ran into her while turning a corner.

"I was looking for you!" Bellamy declared, Alicent knelt in front of him.

"You found me." Alicent agreed.

"I need a cat."

"You have a cat, did something happen to pounce?" Alicent countered.

"A cat statue." Bellamy clarified. Criston chuckled.

"Stealing the kings pieces?" Criston whispered Alicent rolled her eyes.

"I will get you cat statue." Alicent agreed.

"Can you tell the statue makers to make it look like Pounce if they can?" Bellamy questioned.

"I will ask them." Alicent agreed.

"Great, Daddy!" Bellamy shouted as he turned around. "I found Auntie Alicent!" Larys nodded from the end of the hall. "Thank you Auntie."

"You are welcome." Alicent answered. Bellamy waved back at her as he moved to Larys.

"Thats it?" Larys questioned his foot throbbing from trying to keep up with him.

"Yep, she has it covered, come on then I know what game I want to play now." Bellamy decided.

"Whats that?" Larys pondered as he leaned heavily on his cane.

"Cowboys and Aliens."

"Aliens?"

"Aegon they come from the sky and suck your brains out." Bellamy agreed.

"New rule. Don't talk to Aegon."
