It took a lot of bargaining and Daeron agreed to go with Helaena said he could protect his big sister - which made Blyana swoon- Alicent finally agreed to let Helaena go to the citadel, Helaena and Daeron would stay with their uncle and eldest brothers, Gwayne promised to train Daeron and look out for Helaena. Alicent made him promise that Helaena would not become a septa and convert, Gwayne promised.

"I miss her already!" Blyana declared. Helaena was the most like minded as Blyana. Alicent liked history and book work while Blyana liked to explore. She figured it was since she was bed ridden for moons on end that she didnt want to sit still any longer. She wanted to explore and learn much like Helaena.

They waved goodbye to Helaena as she headed off to the citadel. She was so excited her aunt Blyana convinced her mother to let her study until she bled. Helaena hoped she would never bleed and she could stay unwed and learn more about the world the insects and creatures that lived in it forever.

Daeron was bored three days into the trip and kept asking 'are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet?'

But once they were there Daerons jaw dropped. Old town was huge. The citadel was beautiful and Helaena was in heaven.

Blyana sat criss crossed on the floor while lucia worked on her braiding skills.  Helaena used to sit with blyana and braid her hair in the gardens while blyana told her of the different flowers.

"Looks beautiful!" blyana praised.

"You always look beautiful mama". Lucia corrected and it made Blyanas heart melt.

Alicent saw Blyana and Lucia and it made her miss Helaena more than she realized. Helaena was an odd ball but she was sweet. Alicent knew that when she came back she would wed Aegon they would secure a rightful heir and it would solidify Aegons claim above Rhaenyra. She knew it had to be done. But aegon was enjoying his freedom too much.

"He needs some male guidance."

"And you think I am a man he will look up to?" Larys found it humorous. But of course Blyana thought the world of him.

"Our boys look up to you." Blyana agreed.

"I would hope so." Larys remarked.

"I know viserys isnt a good father to the children but you are a great father and husband." Blyana declared. "I think it would do a lot of good if you spoke with him."

"And tell him what?" Larys mused.

"Speak from the heart." Blyana requested so when Larys found Aegon in the courtyard he waited for his training to be done. He seemed like Harwin training and flirting and fucking all the wrong girls. Maybe if larys looked like Harwin maybe then Aegon would give him the tome of day but blyana would have a better chance at getting through to him.

"Good work today Aegon, Aemond." Larys declared as he leaned forward on his cane.

"Thanks uncle larys." Aemond answered. "One of these days im going to be better than Ser Cole." He added.

"I dont doubt that," criston agreed.

"Prince Aegon might I have a word?" Larys questioned following after him.

"Nah Im busy." Aegon corrected.

"Just a moment. Your aunt-"

"Auntie Blyana sent you?" Aegon turned to him curiously. "Why? What did I do?"

"Do? No. Nothing. She just... we both thought you might- you are a young man and if you ever want to talk about anything know that im here." Larys informed him. Aegon blinked back at larys. "I... im sure you are-" was the sex talk what blyana wanted larys to do? That seemed awful. Aegon wasnt his son and he hoped for many years before he had to do this with his own sons. "Just if you need- there are certain thing young men dont want to tell their mothers... and if you need a mans opinion. We are family and im here for you." Aegon nodded slowly debating Larys words.

"Thanks." Aegon agreed. "But Im okay for now."

"Of course. Of course im sorry-"

"No. Thanks. Really." Aegon agreed. "My father doesnt care. Its nice to know you do."
