"Alrighty Merc, ready to go?" Pam asked her best friend two weeks later.
Mercedes, Liam, and Jon were in Orlando with Pam and Fergal. They were at the WWE Performance Center. Mercedes and Pam were training together to prepare for her upcoming return to the squared circle.
She was very nervous to return for the first time in a year. She wasn't sure how the fans would react to her. Of course she knew her true fans would love to see her back, but Mercedes was afraid she'd be forgotten. Her return would definitely be one to watch.
"Let's do it!" Mercedes cheered as Jon and Fergal had Liam, watching the two practice together.
"You okay?" Pam asked while Mercedes had her in a side headlock.
"Yep, let's test the shoulder too." Mercedes replied as Pam pushed her off. Mercedes hit the ropes, running for a shoulder tackle. Her surgically repaired shoulder did great as she was excited about that.
"Hell yeah baby! It feels good!" She cheered as she and Pam began another practice round together. Fergal and Jon watched on with proud smiles as their girls did their things. Mercedes looked great in the ring. The ring rust was just about all gone, so she was going to be more than ready for her return.
"Good job baby, proud of you." Jon said, kissing his wife and handing her some water.
"Thank you, Sasha Banks is ready to come back and kick ass!" She cheered, feeling more and more confident for her anticipated return to the squared circle.
