"I cannot believe we're actually about to graduate." Callie gushed while sitting with her twin brother.

A few weeks had passed and it was graduation day for Callie, Aiden, and Gianna. The three were excited yet emotional to graduate, starting the new chapters of their lives. Aiden and Gianna would start college in the fall. Callie was moving in with Jacob the following week.

They were also doing their gender reveal the following day at Mercedes and Jon's home. All of their close friends & family would be in town for it. Everyone was also doing a great job at keeping Callie's pregnancy a secret from the public. She was even hiding it at the graduation ceremony well.

"It's freaking crazy. I'm proud of you, sis." Aiden smiled. He was very proud of his twin sister for making it this far and getting out of that dark place she was once in.

"Thanks bub. I'm proud of you too. I'm glad we did this together and with G." She grinned, referencing her twin brother's girlfriend.

"Me too. Are you excited for tomorrow too?" He asked as they were on their way to get Gianna. The three would go get lunch before their ceremony later that night.

"I am. I'm glad everyone's coming, even Aunt Ashley and Uncle Joe are coming with Cole, Xavier, and Alexis." She grinned while talking about her aunt, uncle, and cousins.

"It'll be fun, and I'm excited to know if uncle Aiden is gonna have a niece or nephew." He said as the two laughed a bit.

The two got Gianna, heading to lunch. The three had fun together and enjoyed their meal. After they were done, they headed back to their house to get ready for the ceremony. They had to be there about two hours prior to it starting, so they needed to make sure they were on time.

"You look beautiful, baby." Jacob grinned as he walked in to his girlfriend's bedroom. He saw her finishing getting her hair curled. She was dressed in a light, white, flowy dress to hide her baby bump.

"Thank you babe. Do I look pregnant in this?" She asked, kissing him quickly as well as thanking him for the bouquet of roses he got for her.

"Not at all. I can't see the bump." He reassured her as she looked in the mirror. She finished getting ready before she, Gianna, and Aiden headed to the arena that would be holding their graduation ceremony.

A couple hours later, the arena was filled with family and friends for the graduation ceremony. Luckily, their family was able to sit just about to the floor level to watch them graduate.
It was Mercedes and Jon, Liam and Britt, Jacob, Taylor and Jeremy. Rebecca and Colby went also with Bryton and Jax, as well as Leo. Jacob's mom, Marianna, was with them too so she could support the three with their graduation.

They were so proud of all three for graduating high school and starting the next exciting chapter of their lives. After the ceremony, everyone would meet at a restaurant to celebrate the newly graduates. Ashley, Joe, and their three kids. Pam and Fergal with their four kids as well. They couldn't wait to celebrate them.

"There's everyone." Callie whispered to her twin brother as they saw their family waving at them as the twins walked to their seats on the floor level.

The graduation ceremony went well. Everyone cheered loudly for Callie, Aiden, and Gianna. Mercedes and Jon even found themselves a bit emotional watching their youngest children graduate. After the ceremony was over, everyone headed outside to wait for the newly graduates and to take photos.

"We are so proud of you guys!" Mercedes and Jon grinned as the three came over to hug them. Callie and Gianna hugged Jon first as Aiden went to Mercedes. They switched off and hugged all their siblings and extended family.
