Lectures was over by now. I gathered my books silently as I watched the others clear the place. I grabbed my bag and my books, stood up ready to leave, when his voice stopped me.
"I'm Ethan, what's yours?"
I slowly turned back to see him with an outstretched hand. I blinked, finally analyzing all he had just said.
I let myself smile even though he couldn't see my face. Actually no one had. I stretched forth a hand to shake his. Which he took gladly.
"Lyria." I said smoothly. My calm voice breaking through the brief silence.
"Lyria." he repeated, smiling slightly. "nice name." he commented. "thanks." I replied.
"I was wondering if you could... teach me some things?" He asked, hands behind his hair. "sure, when can we start?" I asked.
"great, how about tomorrow after lectures?" He asked, hopefully. "sounds okay. See you tomorrow." I said waving at him before walking out the lecture hall.
"bye." I heard him whisper, while I walked. Well, I hoped this worked. I thought as I walked.

I made my way to the school premises, my head still hurting hard from straining my eyes earlier this morning.
I groan softly, rubbing my temple and then adjusting my mask. Waking up this morning too fast and quickly, just gave me the perfect head ache to last me for weeks.
And now, here I was walking to the school gate nearly staggering. I didn't realize when I had nearly stumbled on a giant rock.
No, it was a human. It was Ethan.
He looked like he had been waiting for a while now. He blinked, the look of surprise in his eyes gone. "Ethan" I whispered, his eyes snapping up to meet mine.
"here you are." was all he said. And I stared at him for a while, fighting against the pounding in my head as I said; "how long have you been waiting?" I asked calmly looking him in the eye a bit stern.
""well.." he began rubbing his neck, but his expression remained the same. "not so long..." I cut him off. "how long exactly?" I ask, narrowing my eyes a little further.
"ten minutes." He said, calmly.
He had worn a simple black t-shirt, with blue jeans, a black shoe and a bag slung over a shoulder; his silver hair neatly combed. He was leaning casually on a wall.
"ready for lessons?" I asked, he nodded.
"after lectures right?" He asked falling in step beside me as I approached the entrance.
"hmmm" I hummed.
"then so be it then." He said, slipping his hands into his pockets as we both entered the entrance hall.
