He's The One For Me

Last night was amazing, me and Joey pretty much spent the night making sweet love to one another. I really do feel like he's the one. Today is his turn to meet up with Donnie. I'm a little anxious but I'm more hopeful that they can clear the air between them. I think I might try and plan some surprise for Joey after his meet up. I'm not sure what yet though. Something unique for us both to enjoy together.
After some research, I finally decided on a jazz bar. I was trying to find something that he may not have done with being born and bred here so I'm hoping he'll enjoy this. I've booked us a table so that we can dine and enjoy the music. I need to go into Boston town centre to buy an outfit suitable for the venue. The place looks a lot more fancier than the one near me at home so I need to find something classy and elegant.

I call Jon for advice regarding maybe buying joey an outfit or not. When he answers; he's with Jordan. "I was hoping you can help me out with something, please guys?" They listen as I explain my plans. Jordan speaks, "I'm sure he has plenty of suits and such so save your money for yourself. He'll appreciate that more. Won't he Jon?" - "sure he will!" Jon interjects. "I feel like I owe you two as well, you've been so supportive towards me with the Donnie situation which I'm hoping things will improve now that I've cleared the air with him and that Joe is with him today after his appointment. They will be okay, won't they?" Even though I'm asking them, I think it's more for my benefit in needing the reassurance. Jon's turn to speak up, "Katee, sweetheart, they've butted heads ever since they were kids and every time, they kissed and made up. It'll be the same this time. When you know someone as long as we've all known each other, you know how to push each other's buttons." I hear Jordan laughing and agreeing. "Thanks guys. I guess I need to get myself into the town centre haha!" The guys go silent for a moment making me think they've hung up before saying bye so I jump when they both speak at once, "stay right where you are and we'll pick you up! You at Joey's place?" - "yeah I'm at his, are you sure?" They assure me that it's fine and tell me to be ready for twenty to thirty minutes.

True to their word, they pull up outside with Jordan driving. Due to Evelyn's suggestion, they decide to take me to certain shops so that's what we do. I end up having lots of fun with them. They tell me straight if they don't like a certain dress but are the first to compliment me on one that they do like. I've never gone dress shopping with two guys before so I was a shy at first until they brought it out of me and made me relax. We finally agree on a dress with shoes but I suddenly remembered about jewellery.
Jordan takes us into a jewellery store, one I presume he's took his wife to many times over the years of his relationship.

The lady asks me what I'm wearing so I show her the outfit and immediately she leads us to a unit where there's beautiful sets. I don't think I've ever seen anything so beautiful. "What are you going to pick, Katee?" Jon asks me with a big smile on his face. I notice him and Jordan share a knowing smile between them. The lady carefully puts the necklace around my neck and the bracelet on my wrist. I'm speechless at the beauty of them. "Joey is not going to know what's hit him when he sees you all dressed up, he's a lucky sod." Appreciatively yet shyly, I thank Jordan for his kind words. I look at my reflection in the mirror on the counter with the two brothers standing behind me admiring the jewellery that I'm wearing. "Stunning babe." I hear Jon complimenting me. I too thank him. I let the lady take it off me. I go to look at the price for the set and gasp at how expensive it is. "We would like to buy you the set if you'll allow us?" They ask me apprehensively not wanting to step on my toes. "I really don't expect you both to do that. I will just go to the clothes store again and find some costume set. But thank you." They exchange a look with each other. I head towards the door and stop to twist round to see the guys deep in discussion. "Guys?" I call out to them. Jon walks to me and leads me out, I hear Jordan saying he's treating his wife; Evelyn and he'll catch us up. "Want to go and get some dinner with us?" My stomach does rumble at the thought of feeding it so I happily agree. We're almost at the diner when Jordan appears by the side of us. Jordan sits down first; opposite me with Jon by his side. I browse the menu.
"Hi there, I'm Sandra and I'm your hostess. What can I get you?" An energetic and smiley girl greets us at the table, ready to take our order with her pen and pad in her hands. Jon orders a veggie burger with sweet potato fries and salad. Jordan decides on an ordinary cheeseburger with sweet potato fries, while I order southern fried chicken burger and sweet potato fries. She quickly jots everything down and runs off to put in our order with the chef. Soon she brings our drinks. I take a sip of my drink and the ice cold hits the back of my throat sending shivers down my spine. Suddenly needing the toilet, I glance around to see if I can find the toilets. I excuse myself.
When I come back, both Jon and Jordan seem a little shifty and I glance between them both, suspiciously. Sitting back down in my seat, Jordan lifts a little gift bag onto the table.

"Please take this as a gesture of gratitude. We love how happy you make our Joey, we've never seen him so happy as he is with you. Plus he'll be blown away when he sees you!" Jon echoes his sentiments. "Thank you. You really didn't have to but you're so very kind and generous. I'm the lucky one, I feel like I have a new family and friends because of Joey. He's the one for me." They look at me, excitedly, "wow! I'm sure he thinks you are too." They both tell me.
When we finish eating, they kindly drop me off back at Joey's and I begin the process of preparing myself for Joey getting home.
