So, today's agenda was eating out with Mom.
Oh, and before that, we had spared like two hours at a spa house nearby for some kind of body message. It was gloriously relaxing that I nearly fell asleep when those girls with soft-skinned hands were working on my shoulders and back.
"Some afternoon coffee?" Mom asked me while driving the car.
"That would be great. Sure, Mom," I replied.
Mom took the second turn on the left from the intersection right after where the spa house was located. It was the coffee shop my family often took me to. The coffee served there, as well as the ambience around, was nice, especially the espresso.
Once we arrived, we directly got into that small yet comfy coffee shop. And that was the very moment I saw her sitting alone, or perhaps lonely, on a corner.
