After a few more minutes of dancing, you all saw lightning, signaling it was time to head home. "Tuk, Kiri! Lightning, come on, let's head back." Tsireya was the one who had spotted the strike and was next to you, Lo'ak over by his brother. "Make sure you all go straight home okay?" You were sure your group had pulled Tsireya away from her Tsakarem duties and that she needed to get back to them soon. "We will, thanks Tsireya." She smiled before turning around and leaving. "I shall see you all tomorrow then, bye." With that, she was gone. "Bye." And Lo'ak has just stuck with you guys again.

"Can't we stay out here a little longer?" You were going to protest the idea when Pandora did so before you. The sound of thunder that shook the ground was enough for Tuk to completely dismiss the idea. "Nevermind!" The squeal she let out as she clung to your waist was one you have never heard before. "Awe, Tuk it's okay," Lo'ak was snickering and you saw Neteyam's braid fly as he whipped his head to glare at him. "What, it's just thunder." you wrapped your arms around Tuk and lifted her up, she held onto you tightly. "With thunder, there is lightning brother, is lightning anything to mock?" The tension around the two brothers had been more strained lately since the fight with Ao'nung. they would often get into petty fights, but Mr. Sully had been the mediator and he wasn't here now.

"Come on, we promised Tsireya we'd go straight home." With a pouting Tuk in your arms looking at them both you didn't know how they could stay and argue. Neteyam peeked at Lo'ak for his answer, he just sighed and rolled his eyes, and headed in the direction of home. "Nice job." Kiri had her hand on Tuks back, rubbing soothingly. "Thanks." Neteyam was looking back at you and giving you the signal you both had made up. Telling you you had Kiri and Tuk under watch while he had Lo'ak, you nodded and he set off for his brother. "What was that?" A beam of lightning came flying down, the flash of it scared Tuk enough that she was embedding herself in your neck. "Just something your brother and I do." You smiled innocently at Kiri whilst combing your hand through Tuk's braids. "And what does it mean? Or do I not want to know?"

You knew what she was insinuating as you shook your head, trying not to laugh. "It's our signal to show each other to keep track of who's watching you guys." Kiri looked offended with one side of her mouth inched up. "Really? It's just a who's keeping an eye on who thing?" You nodded, humming in response. "Ugh, that's dull and here I was hoping it was the signal for date night." Date night? You raised a brow at Kiri's assumption. "Why would we have a signal for date night?" Kiri shrugged, giving a short response. "I don't know, coupley things I guess." You had been courting Neteyam for only a few days and Kiri already thought you two were planning on secret rendezvous. You laughed at this and thunder boomed quieter than you. "What? What's so funny?"

Tuk peaked her head up, home now in sight and very close. "Nothing Tuk." Your hand rested on her head, still supporting her back. "Did you really not hear any of that Tuk?" Tuk and her wide-eyed scared expression said it all. She was trying her best not to hear the frightening thunder. "I heard some of it." She was whining and Tuk whining meant she didn't know what she was talking about or she didn't want to miss out. You knew this time was about not knowing anything she was talking about. "It's okay Tuk, I'll tell you about it later." She whined again, this time she was upset she was being left out. "But I want to know now." You looked at Kiri. "She'll tell you when you're older." Tuk's eyes widened even more and she threw her head back groaning in the process. You and Kiri laughed as you found yourselves at the entrance of the Marui.

As you peered in, the atmosphere was much different than you expected. You set Tuk down slowly, examining the room as you did so. You heard the harsh sound of Neytiri's blade hitting fruit clean and bashing the makeshift cutting board. She was aggressively cutting dinner and you wondered if her and Mr. Sully got into an argument. Which seemed likely as he was brooding. Neteyam and Lo'ak were the first who arrived home and must have also sensed the tension as they were quietly helping prepare dinner with their mother. You tried silently scurrying with Tuk and Kiri over to help with dinner when your name was loudly pronounced to the whole residence. "(Y/N)." Your shoulders tensed as Mr. Sully stood up from where he was and looked at you. He sighed before speaking again. "Come outside with me."
