"Chipper this morning, aren't you?" Jackie grumbled inquisitively as you walked into the kitchen with an unusual bounce in your step.
You only grinned and gave her a dramatic bow. "It is a great morning, Jackie." It was very much to tease the fact that your three friends were hungover beyond belief.
Arin winced. "Shut up, your voice is making my head pound," she hissed, clutching a hand to her head.
You looked around for Rory. "Where's Rory?"
Jackie snorted after taking a sip of her coffee. "Probably throwing up. She had the most fun last night."
You poured yourself your own cup of steaming coffee and lightly chuckled. "Thought that would've been you... with the way you were on the floor half the time."
"I'd smack you if you weren't so far away, asshole."
You hummed, the joy practically radiating off of you.
"Why are you so bright?" Arin gnarled, squinting at you.
You smiled again and shrugged, passing a mug of coffee to her before pouring another for Rory to cool down, who liked hers more room temperature. "Had a good night. And so did you guys."
"I'll bet," Arin muttered. "You left your dinner on the counter, and you definitely ordered for more than one."
You chose not to dignify that with a response. Even though she was right.
"Did you get laid?"
"Ugh, you didn't do it out here or anything right? Am I gonna find her bra under the couch or something?"
You choked, the hot coffee slipping down your throat too early and stinging you on its way down. "No!"
Arin gave a small cackle, which seemed to be the liveliest reaction she'd be able to give with her hangover. "No, you didn't do it out here? Or no I'm not gonna find her bra?"
You turned beet red and you felt heat spread across your face, and it definitely wasn't from the coffee. "No to both of those!!"
Rory stumbled in, her hair pulled back into a low bun and sunglasses already on. "It sounds like a zoo in here," she grumbled, making a beeline towards you, where you stood offering her a mug.
"I'll go get you guys some aspirin and whatever else soon," you replied.
"Yes," Jackie immediately answered. "Thank you, mother."
You rolled your eyes with a shake of your head. "Let me finish my coffee and I'll head out."
Rory sidled up next to you with a groan and you only chuckled as she dramatically laid her head on your shoulder and put most of her body weight on you. "What're we talking about?" she mumbled.
"If Y/N fucked Jennie out here or in her room." Arin gave you a devilish smile.
Rory smacked your arm, pulling away with an incredulous look. "You what?!?" She yelled so loudly that it hurt her own ears, shown by when she suddenly pulled back with a wince.
Karma. You smirked before turning serious and rolling your eyes again. "We didn't do any of that," you exasperated. "I picked her up, we drove around, picked up some food and came back here to eat. And then we just talked and then I drove her home."
"Lameee," Jackie bellowed, using her hands to cup around her mouth and amplify the sound. "You seriously need to get laid. What's the deal?? She's hot."
"Hey," you warned, your brows furrowing.
Jackie put her hands up in surrender as Arin and Rory snickered. "That's your girl," Jackie let off. "Not trying to take her... just stating the truth."
