"All pirates searching for the treasure One Piece must brave the second half of the Grand Line. These wild and dangerous seas are known as the New World."

"Gold Roger and his crew were the only men to chart these waters and learn all the secrets they held."

"For the rest of the pirates in the world, this has proven to be the end of the road. A graveyard of dreams."

"Now, Y/n L/n, a young man who ate the Ox Ox Fruit Model: Water Buffalo, set sail into the New World with his faithful crew."

'I'm gonna become the King of the Pirates!'

*Thud*

The heavy doors closed behind them with a faint thud, sealing the sunlight away and drawing the trio into a new kind of silence. One filled not with stillness, but with quiet reverence.

The Council's Cultural and Historical Hall was unlike any other structure they had seen so far in Aetheria. Where the Celestial Gale Temple had exuded divine weight and symmetry, this space was more organic.

Its layout was curving gently like wind-sculpted dunes, its walls filled with shelves, scroll racks, and glowing sky-charts that rotated slowly above brass pedestals. The walls were a parchment white, traced with faded silver murals that depicted the chronicles of the Aero Minks from skyward migrations to conflicts etched in stylised gusts and reunions marked by radiant stars.

Massive scrolls hung like banners from the upper balconies, detailing treaties between old mink factions or the rise of the Wind Oath itself. Softly enchanted air turned pages on unattended books, swirled motes of dust into constellations for the curious to study, and stirred feathers on the robes of scholars deep in thought.

It was a library, a museum, and a sacred archive all at once, where culture and history were guarded like treasures and studied like scripture. Here, the wind didn't sing, but it whispered.

Usagi's gaze moved slowly, absorbing the aesthetic precision and the way every globe was levitated by subtle dial mechanisms, how each viewing platform hovered slightly above the marble floor, and how every relic shimmered with the faint aura of recorded memory.

Fuyune paused beside a floating map of the ancient Mink migration routes, its shimmering trails connecting landmasses above and below the clouds. She traced one of the lines with her eyes, her tail flicking thoughtfully.

Calypso, on the other hand, made a low whistle. "Now this is a nerd's dream," she muttered. "Bet even Elric would get lost in this place for hours..." she said before humming.

"I feel like if I touch anything, I'll either explode... or get teleported into a flashback," Calypso added, but despite the absurdity, the sharpshooter's voice held awe. At her words, Fuyune and Usagi exchanged amused looks but didn't comment on it.
