A/N: Hi, guys, I just wanted to keep everyone up to speed on the timeline. Emma has currently been with the 118 for 3 months after this time skip and we are in January of 2019. Thank you for reading. (This is the gap between Season 3 and 4 basically). Also, we're getting a SURPRISE CROSSOVER.

"I can't believe you still haven't fixed that damn fireplace," I grumbled, eyeing the torn apart fireplace in the centre of my living room. "Funny how you boys love DIY until you gotta actually put it back together."
"We will fix it," Michael chirped happily, sliding into view from the kitchen, his grin wide, "we just gotta design it all first, you know? Gather materials?"
I let out an unimpressed hum, sashaying towards him and Bobby who smiled innocently from the dining table. "Gather materials, my ass..."
"How about this?" Bobby piped up, "I'll invite Buck and Eddie round and we'll spend the weekend fixing it up."
A thin smile raised my lips and I lowered the coffee mug that was in my hands onto the table, "Invite Emma too, I miss talking to her."
"I don't think that's a good idea," Bobby protested immediately, "she moved to the B team for a reason—"
"She didn't move to B team, she just moved to the night shift," I rolled my eyes, plopping down in a chair at the head of the table. "It doesn't matter anyway, you all part of the same station."
"Yes, well," Bobby sighed, looking to Michael for support, "there's also the fact her and Eddie haven't really been on good terms—"
"Are they still having a lover's spat?" Michael leaned against the kitchen island, shaking his head.
"No, Eddie has his thing with Ana. Emma is with Bosko, from station 136," Bobby shook his head, before sighing, "that's not the point. Those two in a room is like sucking all the air out of it."
"You're being dramatic," I scoffed lightly, waving my hand around, "they're just fine, I saw them talking the other day, outside the station."
"That's cause Ajay and Christopher go to the same therapy centre," Michael jumped in, "they have to talk to see whose taking whose kids and when."
I blinked as him slowly, raising my brow, "Is that so, Michael?"
Michael straightened up slightly, coughing, "That's what I think, at least," he glanced at Bobby quickly, "not that I'd know for sure."
"Uh huh," I shook my head, "you two are a pair."
"I don't know what you're talking about," Michael grinned, turning away from me, "more coffee anyone?"
"No, thanks," I rolled my eyes again turning back to Bobby. "Invite Emma."
"Thena," Bobby reached out to hold my hand, squeezing it slightly, "we have had enough drama these past few months to last us a lifetime."
He wasn't wrong; between Michael's cancer, the closed serial rapist case that had me looking over my shoulder every other minute and the grim reaper trying to choose which 118 member to try and take, we had our hands full.
"Let's not add anything more, it's unnecessary," Bobby finished lightly, "we aren't hurting anyone by keeping the peace as it is."
I scoffed, looking away from him, back to my coffee cup, clenching my jaw, "The problem with peace, Bobby, is that one way or another... it's gotta end."
