I'm so nervous. I've never seen this wide audiences. This is my first time performing in this large venue.
"For Favorite New Artists Award... LE SSERAFIM! Chukahamnida!"
My eyes grew bigger in shocked. I looked at my members in disbelief.
"Let's go, let's go". Chaewon Unnie command.
Sakura Unnie even had to pull my arm to get up because I just can't believe it.
I quickly take away the blanket on my legs and quickly get up. I'm shaking as we walk towards the MCs.
"1,2, Annyeonghaseyo, LE SSERAFIM-imnida". Our leader started the speech.
As always, we are tasked to make a speech in different languages.
I stopped myself from crying, not in front of this big crowd.
"Aaahh, I don't know what to say anymore. I'm shocked to hear our name called for this award. I'm beyond grateful for all the people who worked with us, my members who always there for me, and of course, FEARNOT. We had a roller coaster journey as we go along. I'm just dreaming about performing here in MAMA since young and now, I'm here with members". I hold up our award for my next speech.
"Thank you also to our families, Eomma, Appa, we're here now! HALMEONI, WE MADE IT! I MADE IT!". I quickly step back as my voice started to shake.
I looked up to calm down myself. At this point, I can't stop my tears. I swallowed and wait for us to bow before leaving the stage.
Before we even get back to the backstage, beside the seat for the idols; basically still on stage, I saw Yunjin Unnie started getting teary eyed.
