Ｃｈａｐｔｅｒ80: WINE

The day comes, It's Jay's Mom birthday. As expected, Jay's mom called Leesu to make sure that she's going to have dinner with them.

"Annyeong, Leesu-ya~". Jay's Mom greet her over the phone.

"Oh, Eomeoni. Annyeonghaseyo-". Leesu unconsciously bow.

"Happy birthday and please enjoy your special day!".

"Thank you, Dear! Are you free? Do you want to go shopping with me today?". Jay's Mom asked that made her get up from her bed.

"I'm free today, Eomeoni. It's our day off and as much as I want to go with you, I'm afraid our company won't let me go-"

"Wae?". She innocently asked.

"Some fans might recognize me and you...". Leesu hesitate.

"Don't worry, It will only take an hour and will make sure no one will recognize you". Leesu bite her lips, don't know what to say.

"Uhm... I guess that's okay? I'll just get ready quickly". Leesu can't say no to her knowing what Jay said last time they had a deep conversation.

FLASHBACK

"You know, Mom like you so much, right?". Jay asked, Leesu nodded.

"Yeah, she's so nice! I feel like I just gained another mom". She chuckled hearing what she said.

"I'm an only child and a boy. Ever since I was young, I always have this special bond with my dad. It's not that I have favorites but you know when you were a kid, there's some things that only a father and a son can relate?-"

"I know mom also wanted to have another child, a girl one so she can dress her up, bond with her, do the girlies thing with her, go to salon, tell her some things about being a girl, something like that. That's why when I slowly realized that, I create more special bond with her, I helped her to cook, learn things with her, and even go shopping with her". Jay said while Leesu listening to him.

"You're such a good son. They raised you so well". She said proudly.

"Even with some of my past relationship, she also treats her well. And then I started to tell her about you, I can see the excitement in her eyes and when we got together, she's so happy. I always want to bring you with me every time I come home because I know she will find you more than his own son". Leesu laughed because she can feel what Jay meant.

"So, thank you for making my mom happy. I know she sometimes can be annoying for texting or calling you but I promise she just care about you~"

END OF FLASHBACK

She finished getting ready and quickly go to the address that Jay's mom gave. She didn't expect that Jay's mom really made sure that no one will recognize both of them because they're in the mall where only luxury items can be bought. It's still early so there's only a few people inside the mall.

"Omo, you're so pretty". Jay's mom exclaimed when she saw her trying some sunglasses. Leesu even adjusted her position to let his boyfriend's mom see the sunglasses on her.

"Really? Do you think I can go with anything wearing this?". Leesu asked, Jay's mom walked forward to arrange the sunglasses on her and tuck her hair behind her ear.

"Yeah! Everything here looks good to you". Jay's mom assured her before continue looking at the products.

"Okay then, I'll get it". She called the staff.

They went to the next store and it's Prada.

"Isn't this is the brand that ENHYPEN' endorsement?". Jay's mom whispered to her, Leesu find it cute.
