"Come on Jon!" Rieka declared running outside into the snow.
"Jeeze Rie," Jon declared as she jumped on his back. His hands wrapped around the back of her thighs. Her arms hooked around his chest.
"Adventure awaits!" Rieka declared. "Giddy up!"
"Im not a horse and as the imp reminded me, I am a bastard." Jons gaze shifted down to Tyrion. Rieka tipped her head into Jon, she could honestly say she didnt notice the little lord. Didnt expect anyone but Jon to be out here.
"You belittling my brother little man?" Rieka demanded as she got down from Jons back.
"Offering some life advice." Tyrion offered. "Im Tyrion Lannister and you must be Rieka Stark. You are as lovely as they say."
"I am." Rieka agreed. "Ghost attack!" RIeka demanded pointing a dramatic finger at Tyrion. Tyrion flinched back but Ghost just sat wagging his tail. Rieka laughed out doubling over her hands on her knees. "Gods your face!" Jon didnt even try to hide his smile.
"Yes thank you for making me shit myself Lady Rieka. I think I need a drink." Tyrion grumbled. "Excuse me."
"Nice meeting you little lord." Rieka called back to him. Tyrion glanced back at her. Why were the pretty ones always so mean?
"There you are." Jaime declared through an exasperated breath. "I told you to be here-"
"And yet you and cersei had not realized I was gone until now." Tyrion corrected cutting him off. Jaime shrugged.
"You meet the starks? Arent they awful?" Jaime questioned not bothering to lower his voice the music dancing and chatter around them loud enough to cover his distaste.
"Charming people. I met Rieka and she tried to set a direwolf on me." Tyrion agreed and Jaime blinked back at him. "True story but I charmed the wolf and the girl and now we are to be wed."
"Now I know you are lying." Jaime corrected.
"She did stick the wolf on me but luckily he was not so well trained yet." Tyrion remarked.
"See. Awful." Jaime agreed.
"I dont know, I liked her smile as she was laughing at my fear. After I nearly shit myself that is and realized I wasnt going to die." Tyrion corrected.
"Well then dont let me keep you from your future bride." Jaime nodded to Rieka spinning around with Rickon.
"Ha ha you are hilarious. Where is the wine?"
"Rieka, have you spoken to Joffrey?" Rieka shoved the remained of her cookie in her mouth and shook her head.
"Was I supposed to?" She mumbled through a mouthful.
"Dont speak with your mouth full its not lady like." Catelyn remarked.
"Dont ask me stupid questions when Im eating." Rieka challenged and Tyrion chuckled before clamping his lips shut. He got a seat at the high table the far end of the table but still he felt like a giant up here.
"Ned. Handle your daughter." Catelyn requested.
"Thats a challenge for even the bravest of men, dont you know mother?" Robb mused.
"Rieka come dance with me." Ned instructed. She spit out the remainder of the cookie and she thought her mother was going to collapse of embarrassment.
"Gladly." Rieka agreed.
"Heavens!" Catelyn countered.
"Rieka I received- dont be mad at me. Dont freak out." Ned whispered
"Thats a great way to start a conversation." Rieka mused.
"I got two requests for your hand in marriage." Ned blurted out.
"My oh my am I the popular one." Rieka remarked "who?"
"Prince Jof-"
"Pass." Rieka corrected. "Hard pass."
"Noted." Ned agreed. "And I received a raven from tywin Lannister-"
"Pass. He's older than you." Rieka recalled.
"I got a raven from Tywin about his son," ned corrected. "And another hand delivered when they arrived."
"Jaime is of the kinds guard." Rieka corrected.
"His other son."
"What other son?" She feigned ignorance.
"Is this your way of saying pass to Tyrion Lannister as well?"
"Do I get a choice?" Rieka questioned.
"Of course you do..." ned looked to sansa and Joffrey. Sansa was clearly smitten.
"Sansa can have Joffrey." Rieka assured.
"She would like that." Ned agreed.
"I thought you didnt like Lannisters why marry me off to one?" Rieka questioned.
"I... this seems like an olive branch from Tywin. I hate that he might be right in sealing a union to put the past in the past. But thinking of tying you to them makes me sick." Ned admitted.
"Then I dont marry him either."
"Sounds great Rieka. I Love you most you know."
"I do know." Rieka agreed kissing his cheek but when Ned spun her around her gaze landed on Tyrion. He was handsome if only for his unfortunate last name.
