But it was too late. The door opened to reveal Chaewon standing there. When her eyes landed on you, a horrified expression painted her face. She instantly ran to you and crouched in front of you. Her hands cupped your cheeks as she examined you and your injuries.
"O-Oh my god," she whispered. Her voice cracked. You noticed the tears brimming her eyes that she tried her best to hold back.
Her evident heartbreak quickly turned into anger as her overprotective side kicked in.
"Who the hell hurt you?!" She questioned. Her voice was sharp and venomous. Just like his.
You snatched your hand back and cried as you covered your face. You couldn't help the fear coursing through your veins. Was she mad at you?
"No, no, no, sunshine, I'm sorry. Unnie's sorry," Chaewon apologized. "Unnie just wants to know who hurt you, yeah? If you tell Unnie, she'll take care of everything for you. I'll protect you, okay? Always."
Chaewon rested her forehead against yours as you slowly caught your breath.
"I can't," you muttered weakly. You didn't open your eyes. You didn't have the energy to.
Her eyebrows furrowed. "What? Why?"
You shook your head. "He'll... He'll hurt Eunchae," you explained. "I can't l-let someone hurt our maknae. I can't, Unnie, I'm sorry."
Chaewon pulled away from you and caressed your cheeks. "No, don't be sorry. Look, Gom-ah... I understand that you're scared. You're scared that Eunchae will be hurt. But I promise you, if you tell me who did this to you, I will make sure that Eunchae won't get hurt. And neither will you. You just have to trust me. Please, Yoonah. Let me help you," she pleaded.
You whimpered as more crystal tears streamed down your cheeks. What should you do? What will Chaewon do?
"Yoo Sunghyuk," you whispered. Your voice was barely audible, so much so that Chaewon didn't hear it. She asked you to repeat it.
"Yoo Sunghyuk," you said again, louder this time. Your voice was weak, worn out from all of the crying and screaming.
Chaewon's eyes widened. She froze. She literally didn't move for a good ten seconds, she just sat there with her jaw practically on the floor.
"Yoo Sunghyuk?" Her tone of voice sent shivers down your spine. "Yoo Sunghyuk has been hurting you this whole time, and- and we've just been letting it happen?!" Chaewon nearly broke down. The guilt was eating away at her, and she knew that once she told the others, they would feel the same way. They've all seen you "hanging out" with Sunghyuk and never thought anything of it. They allowed it to happen right under their noses.
"Oh my god, Yoonah, I am so sorry. Unnies are so sorry! If we- If we had known, God, we wouldn't have let that bastard near you, I'm so, so sorry." Chaewon hung her head as she cried.
You cried with her.
"It's not your fault, Unnie.
It isn't anyone's but his."

You were situated on Chaewon's back as she carried you into the dorms. Once she was inside, she set you down on the couch and had you lie down carefully. She then ran to grab a few ice packs for you.
All of the commotion caused the others to emerge from Sakura's room, curious. They must've been watching a movie or something. They wandered into the living room and glanced over at you and then Chaewon, but then they all had to do a double take and look back at you.
As soon as your appearance registered in their minds, they were all immediately by your side.
"Yoonah, what happened?" Yunjin questioned.
You looked over at Chaewon, not wanting to explain it. So the leader did it for you. All of the girls began to cry as Chaewon told them the details of what had happened to you.
Sakura was quick to hug you. "I'm so sorry, Gom-ah... I saw you with him earlier and didn't do anything. I could've- I could've-"
You cut her off there. "No, Unnie, you didn't know," you whispered. "Sunghyuk-nim and I both hid it from all of you, so I don't want any of you blaming yourselves."
They all reluctantly nodded.
"How can we help?" Kazuha asked.
Chaewon looked up at all of them and smirked. "I have a plan."

It's the next day now. A security detail and a couple of police officers walked with you and the girls as you escorted them to the security room.
Once you were in there, you had a security guard pull up the footage from yesterday, when Sunghyuk hurt you. You had to look away. The girls and the guards and the officers watched the video in horror, feeling awful that you had to go through that. The things he did to you were gut-wrenching.
When the video was over, the officers faced you. "We'll get him, I promise," one said, nodding his head. There was determination in his eyes.
You all exited the room. You hugged Kazuha. "Kkura-unnie called Sunghyuk and told him that she wanted to hang out with him. He's coming here to the building, which is where he'll be confronted by the police. The members and I will be around you. He won't hurt you," she told you. You nodded.
Yunjin and Kazuha kept their arms around you and Eunchae. Guards surrounded the both of you.
Shortly after, the company doors opened and in walked Yoo Sunghyuk, a radiant smile on his face. That is, until he saw all of you. He frowned as his eyes widened. He caught on. He turned around to run back out, but two officers were situated at the doors and ran to cuff him.
As his hands were being restrained, he turned to look at you, furious. "You bitch! You told them, you told them, and I told you not to! Hong Eunchae better watch her back! Watch!" He screamed.
You began to cry again, and ran to hug Eunchae tightly. You looked back at Sunghyuk. "If you ever try to put your hands on our maknae, I'll take you down myself, you hear me?!" You screamed back.
He grunted and thrashed around, until he was eventually dragged out of the building.
Almost instantly, you buried your face in Eunchae's neck, and felt the others join the hug.
"Manchae," you cried. "I love you. I love you all."
"We love you too, Gom-ah, and we will never let anything happen to either of you ever again."
