a/n: since some people asked for it, here's part two (: it was inspired by a comment saying that the girls should go to her school as her bodyguards ♡

It's been a few days since you've been to school, due to what happened. Today is your first day back. You woke up feeling pretty good. When you had arrived home the night you were bullied, the girls provided you with more comfort than you could've asked for, and it's moments like those that make you realize just how much you love and appreciate them. You're thankful to have them in your life.

As you were eating breakfast with them, Sakura captured your attention by nudging your arm.

"Yes, Unnie?"

She cracked a small smile. "We have something to tell you," she said quietly. You raised an eyebrow and nodded for her to continue. "We'll… be coming with you to school today. Just to accompany you for the day. We promise we won't do anything to embarrass you! But it's only if you allow us to. It's okay if you don't, Unnies just want to protect you and make sure that you have a safe learning environment, you know?"

You looked at her blankly for a few moments, but after taking in her nervous body language, as well as the rest of your unnies', you allowed a wide grin to grace your lips.

"I'm completely fine with it, guys!" You exclaimed, looking around at all of them. "You guys could never embarrass me. It's not like I have much of a reputation anyway," you joked.

Eunchae giggled at that. "Our maknae is so cute," she said to your older members. Then she looked at you. "Starting from today, you and I will be going to school together! We have all the same classes, too," she stated enthusiastically.

Your eyes brightened. "Really?!" She nodded. "Awesome!" You exclaimed.

The rest of breakfast went smoothly as you and the girl spent it chatting and joking around, like usual.

When the time came to go to school, however, despite the good mood you were in mere minutes ago, you felt your stomach drop. You were practically a bundle of nerves at the moment. You didn't want to face Yeonha and Sunyoung.

"Hey, what's wrong?" Chaewon asked softly, noticing your stiff posture and uncomfortable facial expression as you were all walking out the door. She gestured for the girls to go to the van so she could talk to you.

You looked up at her, eyes sparkling with childlike innocence, but also fear and uncertainty, and the sight planted a seed of sadness in Chaewon's heart.

"I don't wanna go, Unnie," you whispered. And she didn't even have to ask why you were. Everyone knew why; the reason is obvious. You're scared.

"Oh, come here, little one." Chaewon opened her arms. You stepped closer to her and wrapped your own around her small waist, hugging her tightly. She made sure to hold you securely in her embrace. You felt some of your worries wash down the drain as she hugged you. You felt safe. And you knew that, with your unnies with you, you would be safe. You're safe with them.

Walking down the school hallway that led to your first period, you received varying looks from most of the students surrounding you. They all stepped out of the way and stared at you and the five girls walking around you. You could tell that everyone was surprised. They were whispering to their friends and watching with wide eyes.

You had a tight grip on the books and laptop in your left arm, but also one on Kazuha's hand. As you all walked, she occasionally gave your hand a reassuring squeeze.
