The first thing you were met with once you opened your eyes on an early Tuesday morning — five thirty, to be exact — was Eunchae's body covering half of yours. She was still asleep, but you would have to wake her soon.

You were preparing to do just that, but then you felt a dull pain in your abdomen. However, it was small enough that you just thought it was an incoming stomach ache, which is honestly not unusual for you, so you brushed it off. You decided that you would take pain relievers and then go about your day.

“Manchae,” you called out, shaking the maknae's shoulder gently. She stirred in her sleep for a few moments before stretching a bit and slowly opening her eyes.

Eunchae looked up at you and groaned. “Unnie… I don't wanna get up. I wanna stay home today,” she complained quietly. You simply shook your head and chuckled, and then patted her back, telling her to get up, which she eventually did.

The two of you share a room in the dorm, so you both got ready together and then headed out of the bedroom to meet the other members in the living room. They were all sitting on the couch, talking quietly amongst themselves. Once you and Eunchae entered the room, the unnies stood up, and before you knew it, you were all headed out of the dorm and making your way into the van and then to the company building.

During the ride there, you had placed a hand over your stomach. You were waiting for the pain relievers to kick in, but it was taking forever, in your opinion. Although the pain was rather acute, you still hated the feeling.

And Sakura, who was sitting to your left and always keeps an eye on the maknae line, had clearly noticed your discomfort, because halfway into the ride, she was quick to place a hand on your thigh. “You okay?” She asked quietly. She looked worried.

You looked over at her and smiled reassuringly. “I’m fine, Unnie,” you responded.

“Are you sure? You look like something’s bothering you.”

You sighed softly. “It’s just a stomachache. Nothing serious, I promise.”

Sakura reluctantly nodded her head and then ruffled your hair. “If you say so. But if it starts to hurt more or you feel like you can’t make it through dance practice, please tell one of us, okay?” She asked.

You nodded.

You had been so wrong about the pain being ‘nothing serious,’ because even after an entire few hours, it still hadn’t gone away. In fact, it had remained constant as time passed. At the moment, you only had three more hours of dance practice, as it's eleven a.m., and right after, you all have vocal practice.

“Okay, everyone, take a break!” Your dance instructor, Lee Miran, called out. She then used her hand to call you over to her. You quickly made your way across the room, your hand subconsciously coming up and resting over your stomach.

As soon as you reached Miran, who is also close with you and the girls, she placed a hand on your shoulder, a worried look plastered across her face. “Is everything alright, Yoonah? During practice, you looked a little fatigued and in pain. You also look a bit feverish. I just want to make sure that you're okay before we continue. If you need to sit out for today's practice, that's completely okay,” she stated.

You looked down in contemplation. Oddly enough, however, a few black dots began to fill your vision. You honestly felt a bit dizzy, and you were sweating without realizing it because you had felt so cold for some reason. You’re somehow just now realizing you have a fever. The adrenaline of dancing must be wearing off quickly.

All of a sudden, you doubled over in pain, clutching your stomach as you did so. You curled up on the floor as you cried out loudly. The sound of your cry and the sight of you collapsing to the floor immediately caught the attention of your members, who dropped everything they were doing and rushed to your aid.
