April 26th 1992
It's been 4 years since mike had moved in with the Byers and here since life had been perfect for Will and Mike they didn't have to deal with anything it was the happiest moment of Mikes and Wills life
Will and mike had graduated high school and they had already finished college too so Mike and will rented a apartment in Hawkins not that far from their family
Mike and will were driving in mikes car out of town because Mike wanted to take Will on a vacation along with wills family and the party
Will was getting inpatient of sitting in a car and just looking out the window so he loudly groaned
"Babe are we almost there" will groans leaning his head on the window
"Yes baby we're almost there we have like 5 to 8 minutes left i promises we're not that far" mike says grabbing wills hand
"Why did we have to come all the way over here and not go somewhere in Hawkins" will sighs
"Love it's not that far and plus where the hell were we go for vacation in Hawkins, I promise where we're going your going to love it" mike smiles squeezing wills hand and Will nods
"Wait why didn't anybody else drive with us" will says
"The rest of the party like Lucas, Max, Dustin, and el are in Lucas's car because they wanted to put all their shit in my car" mike sighs pointing to all the luggage in the back seat
"And your mom, Jonathan, Nancy, Robin, and Steve are in Jonathan's car following us as well" mike adds and will nods
"So we get to drive alone together" will smirks
"Yeah and we're getting the biggest room in the vacation home I rented because I literally paid for everyone" mike says and Will laughs
"Because you got the money and the rest of us don't" Will smiles kissing mikes hand

Everyone had arrived at the vacation home and had settled in there room and now everyone was getting ready to go out because supposedly mike found a nice place for everyone to hang out at
"Ugh I didn't pack any nice outfits this outfit is the closes thing to decent" will complains looking at himself in the mirror , Mike frowns and he walks up to Will and hugs him from behind
"Love, your outfit it pretty I think you look stunning" Mike compliments kissing wills neck and will blushes
"You have to say that because your my boyfriend" will sighs and mike shakes his head
"No I'm not just saying that because your my boyfriend I'm saying it because it's true, now are you ready to go??" Mike asks grabbing his keys off the bedside table and will nods

Everyone had arrive at the place and it's a nice land with punch of flowers and there's piles of rocks that are painted of many different things
"wow this place is pretty, how the hell did you find this" max asks while holding Lucas hand admiring the land
"One of my friends from work recommended this place" mike says while holding wills hand who is admiring the art on the rocks
"This place is gorgeous" will says admiring the whole place
"Well I brought some food and snacks if y'all want some" Joyce says holding up a basket of food
"Yea I'm starving" Dustin says grabbing some food out the basket
"I could eat" will shrugs looking at mike and they walk over to Joyce to get some food
"I'm going to head more over there to take some pictures" Jonathan says motioning to a place more in the distance and the party nods

Mike and will are walking along the flowers looking at the flowers and the sunset just admiring how pretty it is
"This place is really beautiful I can't get over it" will smiles looking at mike
" it really is that's why I wanted to bring you here because I knew you would love it" miek smiles kissing wills head
Will looks behind them and seeing the whole party staring at them smiling and laughing
"Why are they staring" will asks furrowing his eyebrows and mike gulps
"U-um I'm not sure" mike says fidgeting with his pocket and Will shrugs looking at the sunset again and mike clear his throat looking at the party then back at will
"Hey um will" mike says nervously and will hums is response looking at mike
"So... you know I love you, so, so much and we've been together for 5 years and your my absolute soulmate and.." mike trails on and he leans down getting on one knee and Will loudly gasp covering his mouth
"Oh my god" will exclaims feeling tears form in his eyes
"Will I want to spend the rest of my life with you.." mike says and he reaches in his pocket and he grabs a black box
"Mike" Will softly says in awe with tears coming down his face
"William Jacob Byers, will you marry me??" Mike asks having a nervous smile on his face
"Yes, yes, yes, yes, yess!!" Will exclaims nodding non-stop, Mike widely smiles and he gets up and he hugs Will and they hear the party and everyone else clapping and yelling and Jonathan with his camera taking pictures of them
"Really?" Mike asks and will smiles nodding
"Yes really" will smiles and mike kisses will
Mike pulls away and he grabs the ring out the box and he puts it on wills finger
"FINALLY!!" Max yells from behind , mike and will look at max and they laugh
"What do you mean finally, you knew about this??" Will asks laughing
"Come on we all knew about this mike told us like 6 months ago also I've been waiting for this moment since 86'" max laughs and will looks over at mike
"You were planning this for 6 months and you told everyone" will gasp and mike laughs
"I've been planning this for years, I just told everybody 6 months ago" mike smirks and Will shakes his head
"Honestly, I was shocked it's mike one one knee not Will " Dustin laughs
"I'm so proud of you guys" el smiles and she runs of the the two boys and she hugs them tightly
"Thank you El" will smiles and he looks at mike with awe and Joyce walks up to them
"Proud of y'all two, Michael you've been a great addition to the family but it's nice to make it official and soon officially to call you my son-in-law soon " Joyce smiles
"Thank you Joyce" mike smiles hugging Joyce
"Our little brothers are all grown up" Nancy smiles looking a Jonathan
"Mike you better not fuck this up" Jonathan warns pointing at mike and mike shakes his head
"I won't I promise" mike says and he looks at Robin and Steve who are walking up to them
"Finally I won't have to hear will talk about you for hours on how he wants to spend the rest of his life with you" Robin jokes
"Shut up Robin" will laughs and he looks at mike
"I can't wait to be a Byers" mike smiles wrapping and arm around wills waist
"Byers?! why can't I become a wheeler" will laughs
"Because Micheal Byers sounds better than William Wheeler" mike laughs kissing wills forehead
