Now everyone might be confused, hell even I'm confused. What is this woman saying? This is so confusing. Oh, why is my life so complicated?
Can't I just be a simple human being having a job in the morning and just chilling with my snacks and dramas at night?
No? Okay.
"So let me get this straight." Hye Jin spoke up after a huge uncomfortable pause. "You," she said pointing her finger at the woman in front of her. "Are my mother?" she said, pointing at herself.
"Yes." the woman plainly said.
Hye Jin heaved a sigh as she rubbed her forehead. "I have a lot of questions." she finally uttered after a moment.
"Of course, I'll answer them all." the woman- claiming to be Hye Jin's mother said.
"Not now- not here." Hye Jin said as she remembered Yeon was nearby. "Can we meet tonight?"
"Okay, where do you want to meet?" she asked.
"My apart- let's meet at the central park." Hye Jin quickly changed get mind about inviting the woman to her apartment. Even if she says she's her mother, anything could be possible.
"Alright, I'll see you at seven?" the woman confirmed.
Hye Jin nodded. The woman turned around to walk away but Hye Jin stopped her.
"Wait! You didn't uh- tell your name to me." Hye Jin awkwardly told the woman.
The woman smiled at her daughter, "Chae Won." she said and walked away.
As Hye Jin watched the woman walk away, she heard footsteps coming from behind her. She turned around to see Yeon who had an unreadable expression on his face.
"What was it all about?" Yeon questioned. "What's all this about reincarnation and being different? Who are you?" he questioned getting suspicious.
