My Pov

It felt like it had been forever since I had seen a town or City. I gone to the Pokémon Tower in Lavender Town and caught a Haunter. With all the other Pokémon I've caught about twenty-five Pokémon counting the Pokémon on my team. That was only like 1/6 of the Pokémon that there were in Kanto, but I know I have a lot more than Ash does now. I don't think he's even caught Krabby or Primeape yet. I currently walking around Celadon City, pushing my bike along while Lovie rode in the basket. I just observing all the shops that were around. I just happened to be walking by a building, which was the Celadon Condominium, when-

"Louisa?!" I stopped and turned around to see an old man and woman looking at me. All of a sudden, the woman ran up and hugged me. "Oh, Louisa! It's been so long since we saw you."

"Um... ma'am. I'm not Louisa. I'm Winnie." I said.

"She's right, dear. Louisa had blonde and red-orange hair. This girl's hair is white." the old man said. The woman pulled away from me and looked at me.

"Oh... you're right. It's not Louisa." the woman said.

"She passed away Susanna." the man said.

"I know Edward. She just... looks like Louisa. She even has an Eevee." Susanna said.

"Well, she was my mom." I said. That's when the two's faces lit up.

"Oh! You're our granddaughter Winifred!" Susanna exclaimed. Huh?

"We're your paternal grandparents." Edward said. Oh, they were my father's parents.

"Can you stay for a while Winifred?" Susanna-, I mean, Grandma asked. I wasn't really in a hurry to challenge Erika and maybe they could tell me about my dad.

"Sure. I'm not in any hurry." I said. I followed them into the Condominium and we went into the elevator. We went to the top floor and went into the one apartment that was up there. The apartment was huge! The inside looked like entire house could fit in here. There was a huge patio that had a small garden with a fountain. "Wow! This place is gigantic!"

"Vui!" Lovie exclaimed, her tail wagging a mile a minute.

"If you want, you and any of your other Pokémon can play in the garden." Grandpa said.

"Are you sure?" I asked.

"Of course dear." Grandma said. I smiled and took all my PokéBalls out of my bag. I ran outside to the patio and threw them in the air.

"Come on out and play everyone!" I said. The PokéBalls opened to reveal my team. They all looked around and marveled at the garden and the view. Everyone ran to play around the garden. Primo jumped from the trees until he found one he like and decided to take a nap. Dot nestled near a flower bed and decided to sunbathe. Tad hopped in the fountain and began swimming around. Lovie and Zippy both ran around playing tag. Alternated between each of my Pokémon, loving the feeling of playing with them all.

"Winnie, would you and your Pokémon like a snack?" Grandma asked.

"Sure." I said. She left for a few minutes and came back with a trolley that was full of sweets, fruits, sandwiches, drinks and Pokémon food. I helped her serve the Pokémon first before I sat down to eat. Everything was so good and my Pokémon seemed to really enjoy the food Grandma gave them. "Grandma, do you think you could teach to make better Pokémon food? Everyone seems to really love the food you've given them.

"Of course. I was one of the top Pokémon Breeders in my day." Grandma said. She use to be a Breeder?

"You still are Sue." Grandpa said, coming out with two cups of coffee. Behind him followed a Wigglytuff and a Golduck. I decided to register their data in my Pokédex.

"Wigglytuff, the Balloon Pokémon and the evolved form of Jigglypuff. The body is soft and rubbery. When angered, it will suck in air and inflate itself to an enormous size." the Pokédex said.

"Wigglytuff has been my partner for many years, ever since I first started my journey." Grandma said. I then pointed my Pokédex at Electabuzz.

"Golduck, the Duck Pokémon and the evolved form of Psyduck. Its slim and long limbs end in broad flippers. They are used for swimming gracefully in lakes." the Pokédex said.

"I've had Golduck since it was a little Psyduck." Grandpa said. Wow, they've had their partners for a really long time.

"Do you think you could tell me about my Dad?" I asked. They both got a sad look on their faces, before they nodded. Grandpa walked back into the apartment and came back out with a picture. He handed it to me and I looked at it. It was a boy with white hair and purple eyes. He looked like a male version of me. I realized this was my Dad when he was my age. I noticed the Mom was also in the this picture. Surrounding them were twelve different Pokémon. "Are these all of their Pokémon?"

"Yes. The Venusaur, Pidgeot, Raichu, Golem, Poliwrath and Arcanine belonged to Joseph. The Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Clefable, Butterfree and Vileplume belonged to Louisa." Grandma said. Wow! Their teams were amazing.

"Would you like to meet them all? We have them with us." Grandpa suggested.

"Yes! I'd love to meet all of them." I said excitedly. Grandpa and Grandma each took out six PokéBalls and threw them in the air. They opened and revealed the twelve Pokémon in the picture. There was a chorus of Pokémon cries.

"Everyone, meet Winnie. She's Joseph and Louisa's daughter. She was a baby the last time you all saw her." Grandma said. All the Pokémon looked at me before running to me and crowding me. I felt multiple paws on me and felt several of the Pokémon licking my face.

"All right everyone! Let her breathe." Grandpa said, gently pushing the Pokémon out of the way. Grandma handed me a wet towel to clean my face. For the rest of the day, me and my Pokémon played with my late parents Pokémon. Tad got along well with Poliwrath, Primo got along with Golem and Clefable, Zippy got along with Raichu, Dot got along with Venusaur, Vileplume and Butterfree and Lovie adored Vaporeon, Jolteon and Flareon.

"Your father loved Pokémon. He waited everyday until he was ten years old. He picked his Bulbasaur and went through his journey and even went to the Indigo League." Grandpa said.

"Did he have to battle Mom?" I asked.

"Yes. It was actually the finals. Louisa's Vileplume had defeated Joseph's Poliwrath, her Vaporeon had defeated his Golem, her Jolteon had defeated his Pidgeot, her Clefable had defeated his Arcanine, her Flareon defeated his Raichu and her Butterfree defeated his Venusaur." Grandma said. Wow.

"Was he crushed?" I asked. That's when they both started to laugh.

"No actually. I think that's when he fell in love with your Mom." Grandma laughed. HUH?!

"He was taken with how she commanded her Pokémon and how he wasn't able to beat even one of them, he didn't care that he lost." Grandpa said.

"Sounds like a love story." I said. I decided to stay at their apartment for the night. In the morning, after a good breakfast, I decided to head to the Celadon Gym.

"Winnie, wait!" Grandma said. She held out three PokéBalls. "These are for you." I took the PokéBalls and opened them. My eyes widen at what Pokémon appeared. She then handed me three items. My eyes widen. I thanked her and my grandpa. I sent two of the Pokémon to Professor Oak, but kept one of them. I needed to train this new little one up before taking on the Gym.

Picture above is what my parents look like.
