I woke up at the sound of knocking on the door, So I opened the door and saw sister-in-law standing outside. She looked at me and told me to get ready quickly and come downstairs to prepare for the Haldi today. When I came back after taking a bath, I saw that Aviraj was still resting, as we slept late at night, firstly because of the wedding rituals and secondly because of my past. Yesterday, the way he listened to me, the way he reacted was unexpected. I thought he would be very angry after I pushed him away, but the way he understood and made me understood was amazing. Exactly that's what I had expected from my future husband.

I never regret anything I did in my life, but I regret what happened yesterday. I shouldn't have pushed him because deep inside I also wanted that kiss to happen. But perhaps it was not meant to happen like that. I got ready and went downstairs and started preparations of Haldi. Meenu Bhabhi, Maya Bhabhi, I was preparing Haldi, then after seeing them put the Haldi in two separate bowls, I asked them that

"Bhabhi aap esa kyu kar rhe hai? Mera matlab hai ke haldi do alag alag bowls me kyu?" (Sister-in-law, why are you doing this? I mean why turmeric in two different bowls?)

"Tum dadi ji ko janti nhi ho. Unhone kaha hai ke vipin kee haldi hee kavya ko lagegi. To phle veh ek haldi kavya ke liye aur dusri vipin ke liye. Kyuki esa kaha jata hai ke dulhe ke haldi jab dulhan ko lagte hai to unme pyaar badhta hai. Aur dadiji chahte hai ke sab kuch ritti riwajo ke sath ho." (You don't know dadi. It has been said that only Vipin's turmeric will be applied to kavya. So one of them is for Kavya and the other one for Vipin. Because it is said that when the groom's turmeric is applied to the bride then their love increases. And dadi wants everything to happen as per the customs.) Meenu Bhabhi explained and said

"Come on, everyone will be waiting for us." Maya Bhabhi said and we left from there.

I was standing near the pillar and was engrossed in my thoughts. I didn't realize when Aviraj came and stood near me and then he asked me.

"Humare khayalo me khoe hue hai aap?" (Are you lost in my thoughts?) Hmm I said absent mindedly and nodded yes

"Jab me aapke pass hu to aapko mere khayalo me gum rhne kee jarurat nhi hai mere jaan. Itna na miss kijiye hume kee hum hichkiyo me hee uljhe rh jaye." (When I am with you, you don't have to be sad in my thoughts, my love. Don't miss us so much that I will remain entangled in hiccups.) Aviraj said and bumped his elbow with mine

"Whatever" I smiled and shook my head.

"Kya hua kya soch rhe hai aap?" (What happened, what are you thinking?) Aviraj asked while looking at me

"Kuch nhi, bas ese hee something silly." (Nothing, it's just something silly.) I said, keeping my eyes in front. Then Meenu Bhabhi asked me to bring another bowl of haldi. I went to bring it but Aviraj came from behind and said

"Whatever it is, tell me whether it is silly or serious." Aviraj asked while holding my hand, I remove his hand from mine and said nothing. I picked up the bowl and started to leave. But Aviraj came in front of me, I sighed and said

"Vo yeh sare shadi ke rasme dekh karna mujhe humare shadi yaad aagye. Mujhe bhe apni shadi ke rasme enjoy karni the. Sagai, haldi, mehndi aur shadi sab kuch par." (Seeing all these wedding rituals will make me miss our wedding. I should also enjoy my wedding ceremony. Everything from engagement, Haldi, mehndi and wedding.) When I saw Aviraj's face, there was sadness on his face too.
