Author's POV

Today is an important occasion for the Rathore family and Jaipur, as something positive is about to happen in this palace after so many years. On one side, the Rathore family was ready to enter and begin the ceremony, while on the other, a large crowd had gathered to witness the coronation. The last good thing that happened here was fourteen years ago, when Aviraj was fourteen. Everyone now wants to witness Rani Sa's coronation ceremony.

As they approached, they noticed the palace's courtyard, a tranquil haven of colors and scents. Lush gardens bloomed with vibrant flowers, their petals painting a kaleidoscope of colors, while aromatic jasmine and rose bushes lined the pathways, filling the air with their delicate scent. Majestic peacocks roamed freely, their iridescent plumage adding a touch of natural beauty.

"Oh my God." Khushi can't help but whisper as she looks around, shocked. This wasn't nearly as big as Jaipur's palace, but it was a thousand times more beautiful and decorated like a newlywed bride, completely different from yesterday.

As they ascended the marble staircase, adorned with delicate carvings and guarded by stone elephants, they entered the palace's inner sanctum. Every step seemed to speak of bygone eras and noble rulers. The walls were adorned with intricately painted frescoes depicting legendary battles, royal processions, and mythological epic scenes. Gilded arches stretched overhead, their detailing catching the light and casting patterns on the floors below, while the night lights twinkled.

On the other hand, everyone was eager to see the royal family, and the drum began to beat, signaling the arrival of the royal family's senior member. The door opened, revealing Bhagwati Pratap Singh Rathore. She looked elegant in her cream and gold silk saree, complete with heavy jewelry. As she walked through the door, eyes followed her. She was getting older, but the charm on her face grew stronger with age. She took slow, steady steps to her seat, which was below the king's.

The drums then started again, this time for the previous king and queen, Rajbeer and Meera Singh Rathore

The drums then started again, this time for the previous king and queen, Rajbeer and Meera Singh Rathore. They looked great together, as if they were falling in love with each other. Rajbeer wore a black sherwani, while Meera wore a red and gold saree. Both of them approached their seats, nodded respectfully to their mother, and sat on the right side of the thorn.
