Author's POV

Although Khushi and Aviraj had a great time at the wedding, they are now tired of all the events. When they arrive late at night, they only do one thing: sleep. When Khushi wakes up at noon the following day, she is alone. When she fully awakens, she discovers that she has received a text message saying, "Don't wake you up; Adarsh and I had our breakfast and went to the office for some important work." She knows from reading Aviraj's text that they eat something, but since she wasn't in the mood to eat, she goes back to sleep.

Once more, Khushi finds that it is already evening when she wakes up and heads to the kitchen to prepare dinner after taking a bath. She prepares meals by herself because there are just three of them living there. She realizes after finishing dinner that it is almost eight o'clock and that they will both be home in about an hour. The main gate opened in thirty minutes, and Adarsh entered by himself and sat on the couch. After offering him a glass of water, Khushi turned to watch the door in the hopes of catching a glimpse of her husband. When Adarsh noticed her focusing on the door, he said,

"Bhai nhi aaye bhabhi." (Brother hasn't come, sister-in-law) Khushi's gaze moved from the door to Him; she smiled and inquired.

"Late aayenge vo?" (Will he come late?) Adarsh became tense upon hearing the question, and he responded with a tiny hnn. Khushi was taken aback by his peculiar behavior and dismissed it. Khushi was prepared with her question when Adarsh came downstairs after taking a bath because the first time she called Aviraj, he didn't answer, and the second time it said it was switched off. Adarsh was approaching her. Khushi Rising from the sofa, she inquired.

"Are you aware of his location and the reason behind his inability to answer my call?"

"He must be busy, bhabhi." Adarsh said without looking at her.

"Busy? Where? Huh? He is so busy that he doesn't pick up my call and then switch off his phone." She expressed her dissatisfaction by glaring at him.

"Relax, Bhabhi; Bhai will call you soon. I think his phone's battery died or something." Try to calm her down, Adarsh said, but only Khushi is aware that nothing like this has happened in the past eight months, not even in the early days of their marriage. No matter how busy he is, Aviraj, he should always answer her call or at the very least text her to let her know that he is busy or that he will be arriving home later than usual. However, he doesn't do either of these things today.

Following his dinner, Adarsh retired to his room. Khushi began cleaning the kitchen because she was not feeling like having dinner. Her phone rang just as she was finishing up in the kitchen. She noticed Aviraj's call when she went to her phone, which was on the dinner table. Just as she reached to pick it up, it ended. When her phone rang again, she quickly answered it and heard Aviraj say

"Hello"

"Why won't you answer my phone?" With a sigh, she says.

"The phone is not charging. And listen, go to bed and have dinner because I'm not coming home today. One more thing: quit bringing up problems for adarsh and stop inquiring about everything." While Aviraj was speaking, Khushi interrupted and inquired
