Aviraj Singh Rathore's POV

As we exited the market, I went to my room, and when I returned, I noticed everyone talking about tomorrow's hawan, but all I heard was the name I didn't want to hear: Ajitabh Sinha. They want that man in my house, in front of me, but that is not going to happen. I tell them that I don't want that man in this house and that if he comes, I won't be held responsible for anything. I went to my room after that, but Khushi wasn't there. I then found Adarsh, who informed me that he had seen Khushi in the living room.

As I left, I called out her name and heard her scream from the kitchen. I ran up to her and noticed she was holding her hand tightly and blowing on it. The cup and tea were then spread around. I approached her quickly and submerged her burned hand in cold water to relieve the burning sensation. I wipe her tears and chastise her.

"How did this occur? Can't you do any work properly without injuring yourself? If you want tea, please ask any servant or me, but you are a superwoman."

"I am hurt, and you are scolding me?" She sadly looked at me and asked.

"You deserve scolding; wait, let me put some ointment on it." Before I could continue, Mom and other family members arrived. Mom looked at her and asked.

"Khushi, what has happened? "Are you OK?" Khushi nodded and said.

"It is just my attention diverted and tea pouring on my hand; that's it." Mom looked at her hand and said,

"You should pay attention; there is no need to enter the kitchen right now; instead, rest in your room. Aviraj, take her."

"But mom, this mess..." Khushi was speaking, but I interrupted her and said

"Someone else will do it; come." I said, picking her up in bridal style as we made our way to our room. She gasped, began wiggling, and said.

"Put me down; my hand is burned, not my legs." She didn't put her hand around my neck, so I lost grip on her, and her hand wrapped around my neck, and she said

"Mujhe girayenge kya?" I respond with a chuckle.

"Kabhi nhi" (never)

After we arrived at our room, I made her sit on the bed and went to get an ointment. I dropped to my knees in front of her and applied it to her right hand. After applying it to her hand, I sat next to her, made her sit on my lap, and inquired while caring for her cheek.

"Now tell me, what were you thinking when you didn't pay attention?"

"You want to know?" I hmm and pull her close to me, and she gulps.

"I was... I was thinking about you, and you were angry when you left. I was worried about you," she said, resting her head on my chest and appearing calm as always. She closed her eyes and exhaled.

"Then you should come to me." I hugged her after saying that.

"Dadi stopped me to make tea." She said:

"You should say to her that you will not do any work; there are servants to do that work." I said, clenching my fist, because I dislike her making my wife do work. She straightened up, looked at me, and said,
