My jaw dropped as I looked down at the two ghouls fighting Spencer and Riley, also looking at the scene in front of us. I quickly got up to grab Dew's arm only to get hit square in the nose with his elbow.

"Ow, Fucker!" I yelled, holding my nose and backing away from the two. Aether then getting up and pulling the fire ghoul off the multi ghoul.

"Get a grip man!" Aether growled as he held Dew by the collar as Cirrus grabbed napkins off the table to help with the bloody nose I had.

"It's not broken, it just will hurt and probably bruise." Cirrus said as she examined and helped stop the bloody nose.

The other ghouls helped Swiss up making sure he was okay knowing that it was a fight he wasn't going to win. Dew, when mad, is volent, his play fighting is much different than when he was out for blood and based on the heat coming from his body he wanted Swiss dead at that moment.

"I'll be alright Cirrus, it's just a nosebleed." I sigh softly looking over Cirrus's shoulder seeing Dew angrily thrashing in Aether's grip. I sighed in relief when the bleeding finally stopped and walked over towards Dew, wanting to help out the situation seeing as it's been ten minutes and he still wasn't slowing down. Ghouls have some crazy enderince.

"(Y/n), don't. He will hurt you again." Riley said, grabbing my arm.

"Do you trust me?" I asked, looking at the two. I had no idea why I wanted to help as much as I did. To be honest it was probably because it was getting annoying and he was showing no signs of stopping.

"Yes, but we don't trust him." Spencer said, getting a hum of agreement from Riley.

"I've got it, let me go." I said softly and smiled as Riley released my wrist. "Thank you. Aether, get him against the wall."

Aether cocked his head in confusion but listened, backing Dew up so he was pinned to the wall. Violet, Spencer, Riley and the ghouls all watched as I approached the pair of ghouls.

"Hey Dewy, can you take a deep breath for me?" I asked in return, getting a frustrated growl from the fire ghoul. "Dew you need to listen and take a few deep breaths so I can have Aether let you go and so I can approach you. I don't want to get burnt." Dew had listened and had taken a few deep breaths still mad but not physically hot anymore. "Aether, you can let him go now."

"I don't trust him not to go after Swiss again or you." Aether said matter of factly.

"Aether you are just making him more mad. Please can I try and handle this. If I need your help you'll be right here but you pinning him isn't helping now that I can actually touch him." I sighed out.

"What are you going to do?" Aether asked.

"The same thing my- parents used to do when I was mad or anxious. Let me try it please." I begged. My parents didn't teach me this my ex did but they didn't need to know that. Especially with how Dew acted  towards Swiss with the little stunt he pulled before.

The smile that spread across my face when Aether nodded. He let go and Dew went to run but I grabbed his arms hard so he wouldn't run.

"Dewy, look at me, not Swiss or Aether." I smiled up at Dew when he made eye contact with me. "Alright , now I want you to name three things you hear."

"I hear you talking, the sound of utensils hitting plates and people talking." Dew compiled.

"Good, four things you can feel." I continued.

"The stare of Aether, the concern from our table, your hand on my arms and the floor against my feet." He rambled

"Great, now five things you can see." I said moving my hand up to his masked face sliding it under the mask.
