"Rai– hey!"

Dewdrop barged into Rain's room. Rain looked up at Dewdrop.

"Why does he get snuggles and I don't?!" Dew motioned to Swiss, who was currently passed out on Rain's lap.

"C'mere then." Dew happily obliged and flopped next to Rain. He nuzzled his face into Rain's neck. The three of them sat in silence.

"When did sparky get here?" Swiss mumbled. Dew rolled his eyes at the nickname.

"Doesn't matter," Dew replied. Swiss shifted to lay on his back. Rain moved to snuggle into his side while Dew scrambled to lay on top of him. A quiet purr rumbled from Swiss's chest. Dew sighed and brought his tail to meet Rain's, which tangled around his almost instantly.

"Hey Rain? Ha–oh." Aether peeked into the room. He smiled and joined the small cuddle pile. He carefully shifted the ghouls so that Swiss was laying on his chest. 10 minutes pass before the cuddle pile gets bigger.

"Is Aeth in here?" Phantom poked his head into the room. "Oh." He turned around and motioned for Aurora and Sunny to follow him.

"Wait!" Sunny half whispered. "Lemme get the other girls." Aurora nodded and followed Sunshine down the hall. Phantom shook his head and tiptoed into the room. He slowly maneuvered himself behind Rain, wrapping his arms around his waist and resting his head on his shoulder.

"Hi Phantom," Aether whispered.

"Hi."

"Shut up," Dew muttered. Aether nodded and rested his hand on Rain's head. Five minutes later, Sunny and Aurora led the rest of the girls in the room. Cumulus's face lit up as she basically ran into the room. She snuggled into Aether's side, Cirrus following close behind, snuggling into her side. Sunshine found her way on top of Cumulus while Aurora laid on Cirrus's thigh.

"Are you guys seriously doing this without me?!" Mountain asked.

"Shut up and join the pile," Swiss countered. Mountain sighed and laid on Phantom's other side. Rain sighed and pulled Swiss closer, making Dew move to not squish Rain's hand. Mountain threw his arm over Rain and Phantom.

"Stop fuckin' moving," Swiss grumbled. Mountain muttered an apology and closed his eyes. Swiss mumbled something else barely audible and wrapped an arm around Dew. Cirrus ran her hand through Aurora's hair, earning a purr from the shortest ghoulette. Phantom also began purring when Swiss began to gently massage his scalp, which caused Rain to start purring as well. Soon, the whole pile was purring, the loudest being Dewdrop.

"Mphm–Sunny you're squishing me," Cumulus grunted.

"Sorry," Sunshine whispered back, adjusting herself to not squish Cumulus as much as before.The ghouls continued to snuggle throughout the whole day, only moving a little to get comfortable again.

"Ghouls? Are you in here?" Papa IV opened the door. His heart could not handle the cuteness in front of him.

"Hi Papa," Aether whispered. Papa waved and walked towards the pile. He sat next to Cirrus, resting his head on the ghoulette's shoulder. Cirrus responded by resting her head on his head. Aurora moved to sit on Papa's lap, resting her head on his chest. She draped her legs over Cirrus's. Papa brought his hand up and rested it on her head, running his hand through her hair.

"I love you ghouls," Papa said. A chorus of love you too and grunts of agreement came from the pile.

"Shh."
