*TIME SKIP TO Y/N AND LEAH'S THREE ANNIVERSARY... JUST AN INSTAGRAM POST AND SHORT STORY (timeline so far is y/n joined Arsenal at the start of the 2022/2023 season, this chapter places the timeline in December 2022)
y/n's POV Le and I are sitting on the couch right now curled up under a blanket. These past months have been perfect. We haven't told the world we were dating but we loved teasing them with posts on Instagram. We just celebrated our three months yesterday and we went to one of my family's restaurants in London. This time Le and I negotiated and we split then bill despite the efforts from the manager to not get us to pay. Training has been amazing I am really loving the team. Tobin and Christen have made their move to Manchester, Le and I have gone to visit them a few times and they've come to London. We just demolished Tottenham in the North London derby 5-0 even my Le scored a goal. England camp is coming up and I'm waiting for a call but Mary, Ellie and Hannah are all very strong keepers. The Arsenal girls are like family now, however Le and I usually hangout the most with Beth and Viv, Lia, Katie. Rafa. A lot of cups are coming up... Continental for Arsenal then for the Lionesses Arnold Clark, Finalissima the World Cup in July. All of that's exciting but I'm glad that Leah is with me.
"Hey y/nn what's going through that head of yours?" Leah asks. "Just thoughts about you... only good ones and how much I love you, Arsenal and can't wait for the future." I say and Le smiles. "How about we make a post for our three months." She says. "I'd love to make a post." I say. "But y/n a let's make it official post..." She says. "REALLY?" I ask. "Yes of course baby, though I love teasing our fan base I would also like to hold hands with you more in public and kiss you before and after matches." Le says and I smile and give her a kiss. "Let me find the BEST pictures I have." I say and Le laughs. After ten minutes I've picked my pictures and Le has picked hers. We're typing out the captions and when we finish we both click post at the same time. "I love you y/nn." Leah says. "I love you too Le." I say. "Promise me that the media won't break us apart." She says with worry on her face. "I promise tesoro." I say.
