1st Goal - Kerr - Header (Assist: Reiten) - Chelsea Women
Leah's POV
The match begins and Chelsea has possession of the ball. A cross is sent in from the right and I watch Rafa clear the ball with a header but Chelsea recovers the ball and passes to the left. Another cross is sent in and Im standing in the goalie box. I turn to the right and see Kerr. Deep down I know they're going to score. I see the ball fly over my head and Rafa runs and tries to head the ball away but Kerr beats her. The ball flies towards the goal and I can't do anything but watch y/n jump and try to knock the ball away. I watch her jump with her arms outstretched but she stumbles backward falling into the net. The ball goes in and the score is 0-1 in favor of Chelsea. Everyone looks defeated but I look at y/n and I can see it in her eyes. She thinks it's her fault. She is still leaning on the net of the goal and I know she's beating herself up over this. I walk over to her to help her up. I stretch out my hand.
"Come on baby it's not your fault Kerr had us all beat." I say and she grabs my hand and I help pull her up.
"But if I didn't stumble..." She says and I cut her off.
"It's not your fault. The match isn't over we have 88 minutes. You got this y/nn. I love you no matter what." I say and she smiles. We share a short hug and she whispers I love you into my ear. I head back to my position when I hear the loud clap of y/n's goalie gloves. I turn around with a smile and she's kissing the tape on her wrist where my bracelet I gave her is. I can't help but smile more.
"COME ON GOONERS LET'S KICK SOME CHELSEA ASS!" She yells. That's my girl. Everyone on defense yells 'YEAH' before the whistle blows and the match resumes.

I watch as Katie is in the box and has the ball. She turns to shoot when a Chelsea player runs from behind her and tackles her in the box.
"REF THAT'S A PENALTY!" y/n and I both yell from the back.
Ref gives us the penalty and I watch Kim take the penalty. She sets the ball down and takes a deep breath. Kim strikes the ball and it goes bottom left in the corner. The ball hits the back of the net and I yell jumping in the air celebrating. I watch y/n celebrate too.
