THE LAST THING I wanted, sadly, happened. The urge to hit him was strong but I remained calm so no trouble started.

"I saw your fights Jack, surprised to see you here, you too Vivian, been a while hasn't it?" Kai says as he turns his glaring face that he had for Jack toward me, chasing it to a smiling innocent face for me.

"Apparently not long enough," I mutter, "I just thought Id swing by and pick up a trophy or two," Jack says, trying to play it cool.

"That's funny, I thought I beat the karate out of you two years ago!" Kai says grinning as he gets closer to Jack.

"Back it up Kai," I glare, "I see just as angry as usual aren't we?" He grins as he looks down at me.

Jack puts his arm out in front of me, blocking me from Kai, "I'm a lot better of a fighter then I was two years ago, and your breath is worse," his eyes widen as he gets a smell of Kai's breath.

"Listen loser, this time when I take you down, you're not getting back up," Kai threatens, "that's it! I'm killing him!" I yell as I try to attack him but Rudy is quick to stop me as Kai walks away.

"He's not afraid of you Kai!" Kim yells at the leaving figure, "right Jack?" She asks as she turns to Jack now.

He stays quiet for a bit, I look at him worried, taking his hand as he holds it back tight. "I can't beat this guy," he sighs as he walks away, my hand still in his.

"Jack, think about everything that I taught you, think about everything your grandfather taught you, he was a master sensei!" Rudy exclaims trying to cheer him up.

"He taught the same things to Kai," he sighs, "Kai's my cousin." My eyes widen as he tells us, "but Vi how do you know him?" Kim asks, now they all were looking at me.

"Let's just say we dated at one point, one of my biggest regrets might I add," they all looked at me shocked, except for Jack, his jaw was tense and his grip on my hand tightened.

"So what happened with you and Kai?" Rudy asks as Jack packs his bag, "we both studied with our grandfather, but to Kai it wasn't about honor and discipline, it was about intimidation and hurting people," Jack explains.

"Jack I don't think it matters, I know you can take him," I say giving him a reassuring smile, my hand still yet to leave his grip. "Yeah you are not gonna give up on yourself! Not after I flew all the way out here in coach stuck between a screaming baby and man who cleaned himself with his tongue!" Rudy exclaims.

"Maybe you guys are right, my grandfather taught me to live by the Wasabi code," he sighs smiling as he's back to his old confident self.

"Why didn't you tell us Kai was your cousin?" Rudy asks, "my family were really embarrassed of Kai and my uncle Karl who wears flip flops to the post office," Jack states, "that doesn't sound weird," Kim says only for Jack to quickly respond, "it is if that's all he wears! You do not want to know where he keeps his stamps!"
