Chapter 13

Flashback

Jennie's POV

The article about Lisa and Rosie dawned on me in the morning. I don't know why it irritates me to see photos of them in a bar, there is a photo with Rosie's hand wrapped around Lisa's waist, also a photo of them laughing inside the bar and Lisa carrying Rosie when they came out of the bar obviously drunk she passed out.

A month has passed and I noticed that there are many articles about Lisa and Rosie and I wonder if they are really just friends or she just told me that so she could get me.

it's none of your business Jennie. I reminded myself.

I continued scrolling  and my eyes widened that I didn't know how I would feel when I saw in a post that Lisa's car had an accident and she is currently in the hospital and no one knows about her condition yet.

I kept searching for information on Lisa's condition but I couldn't find anything, according to the articles Lisa's agency doesn't want to make the details public, they will release a complete statement on her condition in the next few days.

I'm worried that I can't focus on my work, after i finished my shift and went home right away.

My whole day was exhausted because it started worrying about what happened to Lisa.

I can't just relax knowing that her condition is serious.

I want to try my luck to call her on her private account on Instagram but I'm having second thoughts.

Come what may. I said to myself and I pressed the call to her private account, even though I didn't know what to say, all I wanted was to hear that she was awake, so I would be relaxed.

After a few seconds, someone immediately answered, I was nervous and prayed that she was ok.

"hello, who is this?" another voice answered I knew the voice of my idol I knew it was Rosie speaking.

I don't know why but instead of being happy that I can talk to my Idol, I feel annoyed.

"This is Jennie, I am Lisa's friend, I heard that she had an accident, I would like to know her condition." A few seconds of silence fell on the line. "Hello, are you still there?" I added.

"ohh yeah sorry, her condition is stable, what happened is not too serious, but she has a little problem, she doesn't want to take the medicine that the doctor is giving her and she doesn't want to eat either." She mumbled, i feel like i finally breathe but I still can't stop worrying, why doesn't she take medicine and doesn't eat food?

"what!!! does she want to kill herself? can I talk to her?" I said worriedly.

"Just call again later, she's still asleep." She said on the other line.

I didn't respond and immediately hung up the call. I don't care If she thinks I'm rude, I'm really annoyed with her, I don't know why.

Lisa's POV

I opened my eyes because I felt hungry, I'm really thankful to the Lord that he let me live, the only damage that happened to me was the wound on my forehead because I hit the steering wheel.

"Oh, you're awake." said Rosie. " The doctor said, You can come home tomorrow. " She added before handing me the food tray .

"gosh, I'm so hungry." I mumbled and immediately took a bite of the food in my mouth.

"By the way, your girlfriend called earlier and I said that you don't take medicine and you don't eat." I looked at her.
