- CHAPTER TWENTY-NINE - 🌒 A Credible Threat 🌘
Iris scoffed as she looked down at her phone, making Jordan glance at her. "What is it?" He asked and she turned her body a bit on the couch to look back at him, "From my mom, 'be careful on date night. Valen's a bit too young for a little brother or sister'." Iris said, making Jordan laugh softly.
"I'm not super careful one time and they never let me forget." Iris said as Jordan walked over before handing her a glass of wine, making her smile at him. The two of them both had the night off and nothing majorly supernatural has happened since they got Lydia out of Eichen, so the two of them decided to have a date without any supernatural or teens or a baby.
"Thank you." Iris said, taking a sip as he sat down next to her, his arm on the back of the couch behind her. Iris leaned forward to set the glass down before turning her body to him, putting her legs across his lap. Jordan rested his hand on her leg while she looked at him with an amused look.
"You know, I didn't think your type would be single moms." Iris said, making Jordan chuckle as he looked at her with raised eyebrows. "I think it's just you that's my type." He said, making Iris smile, "Good answer." She said before leaning forward, pulling him into a kiss.
