- CHAPTER FIFTY-SIX - 🏹 The Oni 🏹
Eli, Valen and Gia quickly ran into the house with Stilinski behind them. "Mom?" Valen and Gia called out, "Dad?" Eli called out, making Iris and Derek quickly look up, "Eli?" Derek said, "Valen, Gia?" Iris asked, making their kids turn to the kitchen where their parents stood. "Oh, thank god." Iris whispered as they quickly ran over.
Eli and Derek pulled each other into a hug while Iris tightly wrapped her arms around Valen and Gia. "Are you hurt?" Iris asked as she pulled back slightly and they shook their heads, "You're safe. You guys are safe." Derek said.
"Yeah, but Scott isn't." Eli said as he and Derek pulled away as Valen and Gia hugged their grandparents. "Hey." Stilinski said, making them look over at him, "We got a problem." He said before Deaton noticed something at the end of the hallway. "Three of them." He said as three Onis appeared in the hallway before walking towards the group.
A fight between the group and the Oni quickly broke out with Stilinski shooting at the Oni and the Oni swinging their swords. Eli grabbed Valen and Gia's arms and pulled them over to duck down by a wall. An Oni swung its sword at Iris, making her quickly grab its arm, twisting it's arm behind its back and flicking her hand out, making it fly back into a wall.
Another Oni swung its sword at Derek, making him quickly duck before grabbing a frying pan, using it to block the Oni's next attack. Stilinski fell back onto the couch as he continued shooting at the Oni. The Oni that was attacking Iris, turned to her and started walking towards her again. Deaton stood up from behind a chair before flicking out a taser wand, blocking the Oni's sword with it.
One of the Oni's grabbed Stilinski's wrist, pulling him down slightly before stabbing him through his back with its sword. Stilinski cried out in pain before suddenly disappearing in a cloud of black smoke. The other Oni managed to make Deaton fall to his knees before slicing its sword through him, making him also disappear in a cloud of black smoke.
Omari ran up to one of the Onis while Cecile fought with the other. But just like Stilinski and Deaton, their fight didn't last long before the Onis stabbed theory swords through their chests, making Iris' eyes widen. Derek still fought against the third Oni before managing to toss the demon through the kitchen window.
Iris and Derek both looked at each other for a moment before nodding slightly to tell each other that they're okay. Iris quickly moved over to the kids, while Derek turned to them before Eli's eyes widened. "Dad-!" He started to say before all of the sudden, an Oni ran up behind Derek, stabbing it's sword through his back.
"No!" Iris yelled, quickly moving to stand in front of her daughters and Eli. "Remember who you are." Derek said before he slowly disappeared in a cloud of black smoke. Gia wrapped her arms around her mother as they just stared at where Derek once stood.
Malia suddenly ran down the hallway and over to them, "Malia?" Eli asked, making Iris look back. "Come on. Come on!" Malia said as she grabbed Eli and Valen's arms and pulled them up before running down the hall. They turned through the door that led to the basement before Malia and Eli tumbled down the stairs. "Really? You guys would die so fast in a horror movie." Valen said as she, Iris and Gia, quickly ran down the stairs.
"Come on." Malia said, groaning slightly as she got up and helped Eli up. They quickly ran past shelves before hearing the clicking sounds of the Oni behind them. Malia quickly spun around, her eyes a glowing bright blue as she growled at the Oni.
Eli quickly grabbed her and pulled her back, "Eli, what are you doing?" Malia asked and Eli looked at her with sharp teeth. "I can do this." He said in a deep growl, "Oh, shit." Malia and Iris both said before Eli ran towards the Oni. "No, Eli!" Valen yelled, going to run after her boyfriend and Iris quickly grabbed her. "Valen!" Iris yelled but before she could reach her daughter, the Onis' swords went right through Eli and Valen, making them disappear in a cloud of black smoke.
"No!" Gia yelled and Iris quickly wrapped her arms around Gia so she doesn't try to run forward. Malia quickly run towards the window and ripped the curtain that was covering the windows, making the Oni disappear in black smoke.
Malia fell to the ground, her back against a washing machine as she breathed heavily. Iris stared wide eyed at where her oldest daughter once stood, while keeping a tight hold on Gia.
